I’ve.. semi-advanced. I’ve been sidetracked cataloging several hundred various holocrons , datapads , and artifacts recently acquired from various star systems in the Outer Rim.
And you must remember there were 99 original IG-series designs created by Project Phlutdroid , in addition to the pre-existing IG-Lancer and the later IG-100 Magnaguards created by Holowan Mechanicals for General Grevious. Not all of them were produced , but it’s not stretch to imagine there was , at some point , a prototype unit created for at least three-quarters of the designs.
I understand that. But I’m rather far from being a Guardian (or a Sentinel for that matter) , and while I do need some skills I don’t expect to be at the front lines of any galactic or planetary conflict. However , I have indeed managed to sloppily execute some Form I velocities without unintentionally destroying my surroundings (or somehow injuring myself).
I doubt I’d find myself a more adept warrior than Master Atris was during the Dark Wars. Or , for that matter , the bulk of living , breathing Historians I often work with.
The stories of the heroes and conflicts of ages past , the discoveries millennia before interplanetary travel , the tales of the very formation of the Jedi Order and the murky legends of the pre-Republic era , and stories yet unknown.. it’s so very absorbing. I love learning of ages past , how events millennia ago brought about all things extant in the present. It’s my calling , my passion , ever since I was a child.
I understand. Personally I am enthralled with the art of lightsaber combat. I was advised on many occasions to take the battlemaster path, but I love Ataru form too much. Being grand master is better anyways.
That’s very interesting to know. I’ve never been a fighter - I’m something of a defender , but I’ve always found attempting to use diplomacy to solve any disputes or issues is the most effective choice. I would be a Consular whether I was a Historian or not for that very reason.
