I am thinking of a modern day apocalypse. Basically Mother Nature said "Fuck this shit" and hit the reset button, launching all the known natural disasters. But in order to preserve some life to reinhabit the new world that she made, she took those she deemed worthy and kept them safe. In addition, she reintroduced to the world a form of magic called...

I havent come up with a good name yet. But how these powerss are found are through shards of meteors that struck down, in several varying sizes. Another factor to the new world are Gates, releasing what was once thought extinct, or mytholigical. Dragons, fae, demonic, etc.

I do not know How to start it though

Finding a place to start in an rp is a difficult thing to do sometimes. Would the survivors already be in a group or spread out? How long after Mother Nature's reset will it begin?
