This is the one thing I remember about team fortress 2

There was a trend a few years ago started by sjws to make victims of stds feel less bad by calling them sexually transmitted infections. This is just the next logical step in sparing the feelings of hiv victims. No discrimination even at the cost of spreading a deadly disease, so people's feelings are spared.

I guess that makes a little more sense, because it's not like everyone's going to try and give everyone HIV on purpose.
