What happened? Did it's owner abuse it?

The dog apparently sprained both of its front legs a while ago, our best guess is within the last three months. Dog was severely matted and when the matting was removed from the legs, the legs weren't even straight anymore. Owner just didn't seem to care other than 'oh but hes ugly now' because the dog was only half shaved.

Like, if my groomer unearthed an injury to my dog that seems to be worse than I claimed it was, you bet your ass I'm calling my vet for an immediate appointment and demanding explanations. The sprains looked more like breaks.

They looked like zig zags, and the dog couldn't use them properly. He'd taken to walking on his back feet. BUT it was a known medical condition, and she was informed of what we uncovered. There's no sort of proof of abuse or anything. Hopefully she was just casual because she was frazzled or something, I don't know. But hopefully she takes that dog back to the vet.

Wow. Now, if I was that person's dog groomer they probably would have been hit. I love animals and have a strong connection with them. I have since I was real little. I've never abused or mistreated and animal in my life.
