I'm just mad MCU shafted Betty Ross and any hope of actually giving Hulk his own movie series. We ended on Incredible Hulk setting up the Leader for fucks sakes!

Well they've found a formula that works financially and critically that's for sure. But it's a shame they won't take more risks and Kevin Feige claims MCU will never 'go dark'. And that Norman Osborn isn't happening in Spiderman MCU

Well thats the thing though. They have it get semi dark, and then put a joke in there to keep the mood light. Its a tactic and it works, and it goes like this. Character is on verge of death, bad guy is making fun of him as he/she dies and then the character kills or hits them or something and says a witty line then passes out but doesn't die

Yeah but ya can't just keep doing that sorta thing over and over. It loses the element of danger if it's that predictable. Plus the one-liners and jokes when the world is friggin' ending kinda got annoying in later films. This is why I'm not lookin forward to Homecoming, because they're not doing Goblin, which is basically Batman without the Joker...and 'no dark' means absolutely no MCU Venom or Carnage.
