Being scared is all subjective. You simply must tell yourself that whatever happens on a screen never happens in real life. In fact, I have a different way of dealing with fright, however it's a bit negative, so I simply recommend just laughing at the videos.

But they were videos about real life murders and kidnapping v.v so they did actually happen...

Think about it this way. I may offend some reading this, but... how many people are in the world? Approaching 8 billion. Now how many murders and kidnappings happen comparatively? Not even enough to register in percentage. Now ask yourself: do you have a reason someone would want to murder or kidnap you?
