I played it as a kid, yet it pissed me off when I couldn't get cool stuff without a membership. 

i had a membership one time lol. i felt as if i was one of the popular kool kids oh yes


i hated how club penguin got bought by disney i was so mad back then

Disney makes everything a profit and doesn't focus on quality much.

I had a membership for a while. My mom got it when a friend of mine got it so we could play it together It helped our moms were friends. 

but now they are shutting it down and turning it into club penguin island??? what
