well I didn't sleep for four days at most and then I was panicking, but I knocked out without knowing at some point and woke up in three hours because my brother woke me up to get dinner, and I haven't been able to sleep since >\\\< I kinda wish he didn't wake me up because I may have been able to rest properly 

Well, you should feel a little clearer now, most restful sleep happens in the first few hours.


It's the reason why I feel no difference in how tired I am after six hours of sleep or sixteen.
