I Honestly with my back I have no professional clue, but I personally think I may have cracked something or broken something. With my neck, the nerves are always inflamed so makes it hard not to be in pain all the time.

Haha Ive dome that a lot and I work at daylight donuts! May seem weird, but now I hate the smell of donuts. Not something I ever thought I'd say!!! XD I shall try to sleep night!!

Very true, the main part that's hard is the cleaning up the back area where everything is made haha
