Man I'd snark at you but that'd be way too easy.


If you really wanna become stronger and gain mass in the physical sense, you don't actually need special stuff to lift around or use your legs. If you're serious about it, you can just use anything heavy in general like a computer tower or maybe even a chair. An entire chair is a good weapon too.


If you're more on about your legs, you can just take nice walks outside for a bit. Getting out there and taking in your environment is always beneficial; I've done it, and this may just be me, but I feel much better after starting to just take random walks about my neighborhood. This is pseudo-psychological bullshit, but seeing the world you're in could reinforce a sense of a place in that same world.


Oh also I know how when women complain they just want a shoulder to cry on and not advice so feel free to disregard what bullshit I'm spewing out and just talk to me about your problems.
