The only thing that would be limiting the bar's open and close time would be my sleep schedule. I don't have to go back to work until November, so I'm basically free all through October.

Alright! Now time to get down to the nitty-gritty. Should it still be called Grillby's? Should I take on role playing Grillby? If I do, the timeline's going to need to be reset as I didn't keep up with the interactions between Grillby and other characters. 


Or should we do it like some relative of Grillby's is running the bar while Grillby goes on vacation?
