You can do a tag search and follow it for general updates or just follow specific blogs. There are literally millions. O_o

You're going to be addicted like every other tumblr user out there. Plus you're going to be pissed because people post a lot of stupid stuff but the arguments are always entertaining to read 

Tumblr isn't too hard to set up. Lots of premade skins out there that you can install pretty readily. LMK if you need help - I'm by no means an experienced user but I'm familiar enough with the interface.
