Sleep. Drink water. Or eat an apple (they have natural properties to help relieve headaches). Get off of the computer/ phone/ technology. Turn the lights off. Feel better. ♥
Have a bar of chocolate, maybe with either sweet tea or caffeinated non-diet soda of your choice (the caffeine and the sugar can both help; chocolate generally does too!).
Sometimes rubbing the part of your hand that's in between the thumb and index finger will relax the nerves and alleviate some of the pain. Peppermint extract on the temples and/or base of the skull will also help. Lavender can also soothe and relax you, just smelling it offers a lot of help. And as stated above, caffeine.
If you can, try a warm bath. It can really soothe your muscles and head!
