but it's true

I'm sure it must be a horrible situation to have to feel like that at any given moment. I feel sympathy for you. Anyhow, I think it's pretty cool you're able to express it in such a way. Many friends of mine (or better said, people that used to be my friends) that had anxiety never really liked to talk about it all.
