How did it make you interested in Malz ? And yeah my sister had a class that made her do something similar. I never took any of those classes though.

The whole manipulation/brainwashing thing. i mean, Malz thinks he's in control sbd does whatever he pleases, but the truth is, he isn't. He believes mortals are weak, becaude the Void told him so. Icathia only beckons, because there, the Void has a gateway, meaning, has so much more influence. Nothing he really does is his own will, he didn't even understand why he joined the League. The whole Kog'Maw thing as well. The Entity that corrupted Malz and sent the voidborn to seek him is hinted to be Kog's father, which also makes sense. Kog'Maw says 'daddy coming' and Malz's primary objective is gathering influence, luring people to Void portals and in turn, releasing more Voidborn free. c'mon, he didn't even understand why Kassadin was upset after he threw his daughter into the fucking Void, still attempting to make allies with him. 


I think, though it is scary, it's also fascinating how he thinks he makes the decisions, when in truth, he can't even take a piss without Void's approval. Puppet of the Void.


I also have to wonder, if Malz had some kind emotional anchor, a trigger that made him think for himself for a moment. Could he turn against it? Kassadin had that... so it theory, it would make sense that it could happen. But, alas, no sign of anything.

I actually study economics, I took it just for fun. I love psychology and one think I love about RPing is studying how the characters act in different situations

Honestly, I don't think he notices the difference between summoner and Void either. He's too obedient towards the summoner... Cho acknowledges the summoner. Vel keeps sharing their knowledge. 


For all his intelligence, in the end, he's just like Kog'Maw. Blindly following the Void, just talks without slurring.

No it's very interesting, I never thought of it that way. Mostly becasue I haven't done much with Malz, like research nor RPing with Malz's on tumblr or anything. I have always thought he was a cool character. 

Hard to say. I think if he's left alone, without whispering of the Void 24/7, he could be quite chill. Probably a bit of an arrogant brat, you know immortal prophet and all. xD but honestly, I don't think he's ultimately a bad guy. Misused and he seems to love his Voidlings and Void Poros. The snowday Malz literally cuddles the poro xD (snow day Malz, pls, omg, rito give me it ;---- and he still tries to befriend Kassa. He is also listed as friends with Koggy, but other Voidborn see him as an Ally. He's sort of the odd member of the batch. 


I like League's lore. It gives so much for interpretation and you have to read other lores to get the full view as well. My views might not be correct, sure, but there is no actual proof to make it wrong either. It's soooo fascinating to hear how others see the certain character. I've seen so many different versions of Talon too. 

Yeah I have seen a lot of Talons and must admit I have never met another Talon I liked.  I mean they can do whatever they want but when it comes to a canon portrayle, I don't see where a lot of Talon RPers get their traits.


That's what inspired me to role play him back on tumblr in the first place, was the lack of what I felt was a canon portrayle. Looked like most just tacked on traits they thought were cute for a grumpy assassin, like making him short and stuff, then spending most of their time trying to ship.


Its nothing against them or anything I'm just a stickler for realistic portrayes. That's really the point of role playing a canon character right? To be the character, not just do what you want with the character's name.

Though I see him as a grumpy person, I don't think he's 'cute'. His background doesn't do it... (but he is a bit shorter, comparing, for example, his and Zed's in game models. Zed's already shorter than Shen, for example xD ). To me, he's more of a "fuck you all, I do what I want" without remorse or mercy, but a bit obsessed with finding the General. He kind of has no actual goal, except for finding him after all.

I use a mix of the cold unfeeling anime style character troupe with a bit of a temper thrown in. If you watch D grey man I play him a lot like Kanda, or maybe Sesshomaru. I keep him very emotionless but he becomes agitated easily, he doesn't care about hardly anyone or anything and people have to jump through hoops to get him to even acknowledge their existence.  He kills anyone who bothers him, usually jumping straight to a death sentence rather then just stabbing them becasue the lives of others mean so little to him. 


Basically he is really mean.


Also I went with height based off this persons model comparrsion. It's a little out dated since at the time mord was the tallest champ, that was before Sion rework and all that but mord, fate and talons model hasn't changed.

That sounds like the Talon I'd see. Doing his own thing in his own way, not a huge tsudere softie xD though I can see the allure in it, I don't see it in Talon.


(II say that and I imagine that without the Void, Malz would be awkward. But really, how long has Malz gone without human interaction? He probably have no idea how to socialize at all or even want to. Who knows, maybe he would like company other than his Voidlings.)


True, he is always slouching xD I think Zed and Shen simply have a bit larger models, also in width. Ninjas need the muscles, but Talon is more lean, for agility. He's more sneaky.


I like tumblr artists, yes, but I've have only a few under my radar for whatever reason. I had much more with my art blog, but after I got rid of that, I never got most of the back for whatever reason.

I would think so in the width but man Talons arms are big in hid dragon blade skin. Probably smaller then Shen but by no means small X) 


And I do agree on Malz, he has so little human interaction it would probably be hard for him to integrate back into human society if he somehow over came the void. Sounds like it would make a interesting fanfic honesty o-o I would read it. 


Ah I was going to say I was the Talon that RPed with her (a-sneaky-red-head) she is a big time blog and artist so it's easier for people to know me through her X) 

No, he's not that small, but he's no bear either. His whole body is made for more agility and precision, rather than brute strength, though. His strengths are going in quick and get out just as quick and without being noticed.


I know right? Man, I feel like writing that, too xD -rubs chin- I'll probably make more a bit of brainstorming for it xD

Jarvan was the first person to see Shyvana as a person, not some monster to be feared. Perhaps they're not that intimate, but they're certainly close.

Yeah I believe it would take some character building for them to ship, since lore really doesn't provide a bases for it like the other two couples.

true. But that applies to most older characters, short lores with little to no character development ^^;

I like a well built relationship, those when the RPers take a long time for their characters to grow together steadily. Those are the best.
