Messaging individual staff members isn't the best way to get help. They may not be online, after all! Submitting a ticket is best if you have something only staff can handle; that way any of the staff that are available can work on it, or pass it up to Admin if it's something only Admin can do. Or you can make a post in the Site Questions & Information section - many staff regularly keep an eye on it, plus other users might be able to answer.
