You can create threads in your private workshop, but because Hosted Projects are so much more than one thread, you can't make one in the workshop. HPs are really their own tiny forums (some are not-so-tiny!).
@Kaerri that's too bad. Thanks for the info! I've never made one before so I guess I'll have to keep working on it off-site and then rearrange things to where I would like them once I'm ready to create a HP.
