I got to that Lucario part with those mega evolutions, and just went "nah" and left Lucario on the top of the tower with the crazy person.

I was never a fan of Lucario, but I hope that whole situation didn't ruin the concept of mega evolution for you. D:

Not really. But too my understanding the mega evolutions run a pokemons final evolution. I rarely let my pokemon evolve so I'd never see or use them anyways.

Well, if you do happen to fully evolve a pokemon capable of mega evolution, you should try it out. It's really fun.

I don't know. The ability to just go pokemon super sayin at any time with no needed build up or repercussions kinda seems broken. I'll just stick to my old pokemon playing ways and drown people with surf

Kinda hard to drown a super saiyan if you aren't one yourself. Virtually everyone uses them, so you're pretty done for in battles if you don't have some sort of strategy against them.

I have plenty of peons- I mean pokemon. I'm sure I can throw enough at them to wittle them down. And if your talking about like, battles with other players then don't worry. I never play pokemon against other people. I don't want to ruin the game for myself

I was talking about battles with other players. If you don't do that, the game'll end up getting dull pretty quickly, aside from Kalos' version of the Battle Frontier.

Unless, of course, you take the breeding and trading route, which is also time extensive and dull.

Well if it's anything like Sapphire or Blue then it'll keep me entertained for a very long time. But yea, I don't play against other players because I'm simply not good enough. I tend to just go with what pokemon that look cool. Not based on their stats and stuff. Which generally makes for a poor competitive experience.

I see. Well, there's really no shame in that. Some people don't play Pokemon to pop blood vessels. :3

Speaking of which, have any favorite Pokemon?

Squirtle and Haunter.

Mine are Volcarona, Gardevoir, Altaria, Milotic, and Metagross.

Three of which have mega evolutions, two of which I can't decide look better. D:

I recognize like, two of those.

Four of them are from Hoenn. The only one not is Volcarona.
