Any anime streaming site should have it, but Mezashite is the group who are subbing it. They have all the episodes on their site, though they're in torrents.
The anime finished quite recently however, though the first season is the best IMO.
Also, if you're watching it for the first time then the quality of the CGI might put you off. If so then I can tell you that it does improve.
