I hate that. That's why I don;t join roleplays that have already started since everyone's already familiar with the history etc of the characters and the actions begun.

It depends on how much I want to join it. And honestly I wouldn't mind that that hadn't replied because they might not have seen it in the OCC. However about 5 mins someone else tagged them and commented about something else going on in the RP and they had a full blown conversation completely ignoring me.
