We used to have a shoutbox, but its intention was never for quick questions, and it didn't work out for reasons that were big but which came to light while I was on hiatus so I don't remember them clearly. We do, however, have a Discord server which you can run in your browser! You'll notice "Site Chat" in your navbar - clicking it takes you to the information you'll need.
