Most don't rate on the site, they usually just read and reply. The random likes that you can give now, Ie: Great Scene, and so on are fairly new. Back then they only had simple likes so no one every really thought about giving them out. It has no correlation to whether or not you're good enough for them. Most just don't think to rate is all. :73

It's quite alright, been here for a while and it gets more fluid as you go, just find a niche and settle down.
