Help Site unavailable?

Hello everyone. I keep getting issues loading the website that last anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 or more. It just says the site is unavailable or can't reach the DNS. Every other website works just fine however. Anyone know anything about this? Thank you.

As far as I'm aware this hasn't been happening to anyone else. Have you tried clearing your cache?

I have. I have even done it on multiple web browsers and even attempted it with my phone both via Wifi and 4G. Meanwhile Facebook, Gaia, Gmail, etc. etc. all load and work perfectly fine so I'm at a loss.
 
There are honestly few a things that may be causing this issue. Firstly, have you tried use another browser on the same computer, or have you just used a mobile device to access the site? Try using an alternate browser and see if the same issue occurs. If it doesn't, that will narrow it down to a browser related issue.

You could try flushing your DNS cache.

Hold down the Windows key and press R.
Type cmd and press Enter.
In the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

If what Fable Fable suggested doesn't work, it could very well be a service provider issue, however unlikely that might be.
 
Huh. So basically it's just an issue that only I have. That's a pity, I hope it doesn't continue happening. I rather like this site, would hate to leave because it's constantly down on my end. Thank you two.

Keep in mind, it might also be your ATV. Just many variables, you may want to look into the wikihow solution on it since it goes over a ton of possible fixes.
