Diplomacy:

Invite the great naval powers to a conference to be held in Washington DC to discuss the possibility of arms reductions and limitations.

US Military:

Hold commissioning ceremonies for the Battleships Maryland and California

Hold a joint Army-Navy test to determine the effectiveness of aircraft against warships. The targets will be the old German Battleship Ostfreisland, the cruiser Frankfurt and the old pre-dreadnought battleship Iowa. The test will follow the same parameters that were used in the historical experiment conducted in 1921. Additionally, the old pre-dreadnought USS Massachusetts will also be used in the test. While the other three ships will be used for bombing experiments, the Massachusetts will be placed in shallow water and used as a target for torpedo planes. The shallow water will prevent the ship from sinking completely and allow divers to observe the damage in the immediate after math of the test.

Construction/Recruitment:

Halt construction on the Lexington Class ships and begin converting them into aircraft carriers

Construct 2 South Dakota Class Battleships

Lay down 4 Constellation class battlecruisers

Begin phasing out the M1917 37mm gun as an infantry support weapon and begin issuing M1922 Recoilles rifles as replacements.

Construct 100 PW-9 fighter planes

Construct 40 DT torpedo bombers

Better, stronger, wider tracks and wheels for the Burstyn Motorgeschütz to increase soft terrain ground resistances for increased mobility on dirt based battlefields

Increase the armor of the Burstyn Motorgeschütz to 13mm on the front, 9mm on the sides, and 5 mm in the rear this would most likely decrease the speed to an estimate of 23 km/h

Apply these additions to the Burstyn Motorgeschütz and test the new model on a training ground

Finish News
Nationalism has swept the nation, as a younger ruler, has been elected ruler of Finland in the cutthroat Finnish election of the 1920s. He has promised a unison of Scandinavia, under the flag of the Finnish swastika. This new Finland has gained a majority of its goals from Adolf Hitler, a personal friend of the new ruler form when he lived in Germany, and served in the army in WW1.

Military Actions
Do military drills along the border of Sweden, and get the current troops used to the terrain of the border.
Make 50,000 extra Mosin Nagant rifles.
Take in the guns from Hungary
Begin progress in making a new military factory in Helsinki

More convoys have sailed from Toulon for Antioch, what their carrying is unknown though there is speculation that it is weapons for the army in Anatolia.

Defenses around the Black Sea city of Samsun has been built by the French with scouts reporting that there are a minimum of 22 Mk 4 tanks inside the Turkish Eastern pocket.

An offensive started from Samsun by French troops towards the West, undoubtedly to capture Ankara, thought this time heavy resistance was met before the Turks retreated to secondary positions. This happened many times over brining a staggering amount of losses to the French, however bravely they fought. As such the French advanced only 30 miles beforehand being bogged down too much to risk extending the supply lines further. A French private had this to say. "The officers have learned nothing from a few years ago, they send us forward to die as if we are lambs to the slaughter. Some say they wish to root out the leftists in the army for fear of the Soviets influencing us." The soldier decided to remain anonymous knowing the tendency for French officers to execute their own infantry.

Research:

Romfell P.A.3 (Finished turn 9)

Inline 6 95 HP cylinder engine, better spring suspension with sturdier, flexible coils, better chain transmission with reinforced chain and gears, better tires with tire protectors for more smooth and better off road travel, all this allowing 20+ mph

New cone shaped turret, removed unnecessary hull parts, and more straightforward hull, 8mm armor all around and 4mm in the rear

Better, stronger, wider tracks and wheels for the Burstyn Motorgeschütz to increase soft terrain ground resistances for increased mobility on dirt based battlefields (Finished turn 10)

Increase the armor of the Burstyn Motorgeschütz to 13mm on the front, 9mm on the sides, and 5 mm in the rear this would most likely decrease the speed to an estimate of 23 km/h (Finished Turn 10)

Apply these additions to the Burstyn Motorgeschütz and test the new model on a training ground
