Drogan's Dishes

Bar and Grill

Drogan's Dishes is a Bar and Grill located in the center-low section of Jormungandr. Owned by the Jotunn called Drogan Icebreath. Fairly simple but don't judge a book by it's cover. Drogan's Dishes is quite a popular place to go if you are ever hungry, thirsty or both. What separates this bar from the rest though are the great Jotunn delicacies, if you are not Jotunn then it is highly likely that you've never tasted their food before. But if you prefer to stick to simpler meals or drinks then Drogan's just as good at that. This place only has one staff member which is of course Drogan and has never needed any other workers. All that he has to to is make food and drink, serve said food and drink, clean the bar and deal with any trouble that arises. In short this place is great if you want to hang out with friends or drink your troubles away.

The bar is open 24/7 unless Drogan's out doing his own thing

Trinity Clinic

Picture:

Once you enter past the fresh looking doors with a white sign with the words 'Trinity Clinic' in blue with a small logo of a butterfly on top of a flower, the first thing that would stand out is the smell of chemicals and medicines filling your nose. The floor is carpeted with lovely slate grey stones that echo your footsteps and keep the clinic nice and cool. As a result, the temperature is a lot cooler than the hallway of the train itself, making the choice of flooring perfect during the hot, stuffy summer days.

There is a pine wood desk where you may check in or arrange an appointment for whatever you may have or be worried about. Papers and books lay across the surface in tidy little stacks with an obvious area for where you will be filling down the form as there is a simple black ink pen laying in front of the receptionist. After you complete your boring paperwork with the wonderful person guiding you through it, there is a seating area where people of different races and wounds stay.

There are enough chairs to seat a whole party with a couple left over for the occasional dog. However these antique chairs complete with cerulean cushions don't catch your eye. No, the golden globe rested on top of a glass table that continuously turns is the spectacular piece of art that entertains your little eye. As you seat yourself elegantly on the creaking chair next to another coughing human your eye trails the little emerald line that represents the train route on the globe.

However if such a masterpiece doesn't suit your tastes while you wait, there is always the small bookshelf right next to the lime green lamp is always overflowing with books that were handed over by previous owners, meaning that they may not be in the state they once were in. But that doesn't ruin the hidden adventure tucked away in their pages! Never judge a book by its cover, even if it's torn and the title reads 'The Sold- Hor-' instead of 'The Soldier Horse'!

But of course if your taste for art doesn't include magnificent globes or your boredom isn't quenched by inspiring stories then there is always the teal stained window that overlooks the hallway you were just in, just in case you love staring at people passing by or the cute little pot plants on the dusted window sill. Or you could always talk to the multitude of sick and injured people that are in the same bored predicament as you. If you're still not entertained by these many fun sources, then you'll unfortunately be sitting there bored out of your mind.

Once the hours tick by and your friendly looking doctor calls out your name with an inviting smile on his (or her) face, you walk over to follow the doctor down a peaceful hallway with artwork on either side. From paintings to statues, you get distracted from why you're even there until you abruptly stop when you both reach the little room with a small label with the doctor's name on. He pulls down on the brass handle and pushes the mahogany door open.

The first feature that stands out is the plain cotton bed with only a matching white pillow on top. Next to it is yet another antique chair that is identical to all of the other chairs in the waiting room, except with a spring green cushion. There is a teal curtain that covers the only window in the office, just in case things get a bit... messy. Cupboards line the top of the room that are obviously filled with medicines and  medical instruments. There is a single table by the cream wall that is covered in papers that are in a much more sloppy fashion than the desk you saw in the reception.

After your appointment that went perfectly well you are given a piece of paper that gives you permission to ask for a specific medicine to buy. The walk down the silent hallway, atmosphere changing from a tranquil setting to a much more creepier view as there looks to be nobody in sight. There is the sense of rush as you try to get to the entrance that becomes louder and louder as you get closer to it. Luckily for you as soon as the paranoid feeling settles into your body you are greeted with an entrance to the pharmacy, where the smell of medicines becomes stronger and starts to make your eyes water and surprises you with the amount of people in there.

Through the blurry vision you make out the fact that all of the walls are packed with shelves and tables showing off medicines that you couldn't even imagine how it would sound like. The rainbow of colours along the wall entice you to just pluck them off and inspect each and every bottle, that contain dusts to plants to even crow feet. The sight of dog ears worry you but are reassured by a label stating that they are just an ingredient to be mixed with eel water under the moonlight in the desert when the clock strikes midnight to make the concoction to cure glowing mushrooms growing inside your left ear.

After edging past some people in the cramped pharmacy you reach the counter where there is a single woman taking care of all of the orders and appears to be extremely stressed from the frog eyes resting on the table that have a note attached to it that reads 'Tholun Jiri'. Perhaps the hallway was better than this butcher's shop. No matter, the oak door that is the exits shows you freedom as you escape the clutches of the horror pharmacy. As well as the two ingredients that are to cure the glowing mushrooms that are growing in your left ear.

Location:

Center - middle section of Jörmungandr

Description:

Trinity Clinic is the go-to place for when you feel sick or injured when on the train. It is relatively cheap to go make an appointment and have your health checked up by professionals. Along with the clinic there is a built in pharmacy where you may be suggested remedies that you can buy in there. They are almost 100% guaranteed to work, mainly due to doctors from the Kodai Empire fine tuning the medicines. Of course, there are bandages and basic medical kits for sale too.

Many of the doctors and nurses there are volunteers, mainly people who have come onto the train to travel from one place to another. As such one person might work there as a nurse for around two months and then leave without any hassle, just state that you're leaving and you're good to go. However to volunteer to work at Trinity Clinic you must have some history of medical work. After you apply as a volunteer you may come and work whenever you want to, as long as you do the minimum amount of work that is 3 hours. You will be paid a certain amount, depending on how long you worked for and the satisfaction of your patients.

If there is an emergency then there is a special room where there the casualty may rest at until the next stop for Jörmungandr, where he will be escorted to the nearest hospital. However if it is a rather simple injury to fix, such as a broken bone or a deep cut, then the doctors and nurses will attend to the casualty and send him off after they have determined it is safe to do so.

Description: You want good deal?, you come on down I give you good price much deals!. You have scrap or parts we'll buy it. You need to buy Parts? we'll have good deal for you and take various things for payment like trade, money or even Eitr.

the store itself is pretty self explanatory a simple 2 room, with the main shop room open planned with stock strewn about in a seemingly random fashion but the owner knows exactly where everything is according to an over complicated sorting system.

the second room is where repairs are made and is a great deal less cluttered and clean, there is a central work bench with wheeled stool and articulated lamp hanging from the ceiling. along the walls there are some lockers and a safe where the more expensive items and cash as stored.

Center of the train ( Jörmungandr) by the Trinity Clinic

Description:

This is where many people come in and have a nice cup of tea or a nice cup of coffee before or after their visit to the clinic nearby. Heck, maybe even just in general for a nice drink and to hang out. Lilianna is the owner of the place and has regular customers every time she has this place opened. She tries her best to make friends with everyone and always treats them properly. Her cafe is clean and relaxing but still holds its look of steampunk and has a train at the counter to represent the train that she is riding on (and lives in) which is Jörmungandr.

The cafe closes around 6pm and opens at about 8am.

this is her room in which she relaxes in when she isnt running the cafe or walking around the train. This is located where most people are housed. She also grows different tea leaves  here and brings them to the cafe when its time to open. This room makes her feel at home and relaxed due to the plant life in it and how similar it is to home.

The ClockWorks Imporium

Appearance (found no pictures for the desired shop look)

At the front it looks like any other shop but the wares in the front are model Clockwork doll parts, limbs and such line the wall while in the back over the counter are Semi-complete Doll husks. there is a waiting room to the left of the shop for people waiting for their clockwork doll's to be repaired. it is similar to the shop but it is much whiter and shinier, behind the shop is a work shop with Clockwork doll stands, Work stations and repair stations. the whole place is full of Tools and spare parts. Behind the workshop is Adrenias's room, it is a very comfortable housing with a queen-sized bed and a small workshop for him. Everything is made of metal except for the front shop and his bedroom.

Description

The shop is made by Adrenias to promote Clockworkdolls not only for the train but for the entire world, with high hopes he envisions clockwork dolls per every family, maybe even have families of their own. Adrenias normally sits happily on the counter with his spider on his shoulder, waiting for customers tirelessly. The Crespasulyx Academy sends students every time the train comes to Albia to train under Adrenias as well as get paid. Sometimes Adrenias is gone from his usual place and a student takes his place. There is one rudimentary clockwork doll maid that simply walks about cleaning.

Rasetsu Inn

ef4e2b2f05d36638dbc8897a449042ca.jpg

Location:

Middle Car, Hidden within Dark Alleyways

Hidden within the dark alleyways of Jormungandr lie a worn, old, out of date, building...... well, older then the rest around it at least, with a Kodai-ish vibe. To those that had wandered in, at first glance, the place may seem abandoned, perhaps even haunted as one may feel several eyes on them as they walk up the unkempt stairways. However, the place is very much the opposite, being hidden away and difficult to find, various suspicious and shady individuals gather here to find shelter, be they criminals on the run or agents of nefarious agendas.

The inside of the building is as it seem on the outside, old and worn. The floor creaks when one walks on them, and certain parts of it are decayed and weak and is bound to collapse at any moment. The rooms are unkempt and moldy, and one is bound to find unsavory insects running about, and The beds are also filthy and filled with bugs. The piping within the building are also non-functional, and if one desires water, one may visit the old pump in the back of the building, where the outhouse is also located.

The owner here, an old man with a large pointed nose and bucktooth, is a man of an unknown background. It is not known whether he had been here since this inn was built, or he had just brought it afterwards, but to those living there, it was something of little concern to them. More importantly, what little is known about the man is that he is easily irritable and very anti-social, but so long as he is not bothered, he'll allow you to do as you please in the confines of the room assign to you.

Evlyn's Sushi Shack

343738_art_anime_sushi_bar_personazhi_2564x1600_www.Gde-Fon.com.jpg

Evlyn's Sushi Shack is located in the Center-Middle portion of the world train a fair distance from any other restaurant. A perfect place in her opinion, mostly because it's near several stores that often have a lot of foot traffic. It sees a fair amount of business everyday, though for the most part it's a front for some of her...shadier...dealings. The building itself has a back room separate from storage where said deals are usually conducted, more or less sound proof and safe from prying eyes whilst no one is the wiser. The restaurant portion is open 24/7 due to her constantly having staff around the clock, thus earning her a decent steady income on top of what she normally makes.

While the restaurant does primarily serve sushi it also serves dishes such as Miso soup and generally other Chinese-esque foods as well. The bar is lined with stools for customers to sit on traditional sushi bar style, it does however have a few tables off to the side to accommodate small groups.
