Fantasy The God Game

Koz watched as the Raktor civilization built their first real city. Located near the Well of Blood that his brother made, and the birthplace of the Wrath.

He was pleased, they worked together to build structures to shield them from his storms. It was a start.

Aahh yes it is pleasing my Brother," I say as I come behind you my arms crossed and my glowing white eyes staring at the vision of power my people growing and creating. Ahh yes and soon they shall explore the world and discover all the other races out there where do you plan on sending your group of the wrath my brother- asked eagerly awaiting your response my scarred face titled towards you @LeviathanL

Bara watched as his creations, his children, the Golems, created hundreds more of their own kind. They were, as of yet, only unified by their goal to create more of their race from whatever materials they could find. They were spreading out far and wide across the desert in search of new materials to make them from.

Stepping back from the land he had so carefully created and populated, he let the waves of creation he had been blocking roll over him as he felt all that was new. It seemed his siblings had been busy. Koz and Abaddon had made a nasty looking race, resilient and vicious, that lived in the swamplands to the east of his continent. Several of his siblings had made a new species, humans. Frail things, yet they were quick to adapt to overcome their weaknesses. Quite interesting. Then there was their cousins the elves. They looked nearly identical yet had many differences. And then there was that new race that his sister had made. It was an odd thing, being able to disguise itself as another species. Quite fascinating really. And lastly there was the Illithid, who...

Bara paused for a minute, he had been so busy indulging in what had been created, he had almost missed something quite important. Two golems, a husband and wife, were heading down a large deep cavern. Directly towards a large cavern of his sister's creations. Things were about to get interesting.

----------------------------------------------------

The compound minerals that formed what is known as rock crunched under the massive weight of the stone Golem, Ret, as he followed his wife deeper into the cave. Her structure was more slender than the male structure, the black onyx shining a bit in the dark, and he found it pleasurable to see her so invested in trying to find a new mineral to create a child with. He watched as her glowing blue life glowed softly against the tunnels walls. He was a truly lucky male construct.

"Ret! Over here! Found a new compound that shall allow us to create a wonderful child." Ret snapped from his dreams of his prosperous life as he lumbered up to his wife. There, she was holding some strange, glowing blue material. It was soft, but not like the sand. It was something he had never seen before, completely alien in its appearance.

Then he looked up.

Towering upward towards the roof of the cavern was a large pillar of the same glowing blue material. It was quite strange. Could they make a child out of this? While he was pondering, his wife let out and small yelp, something Golems barely ever do. They were patient and calm creatures.

What stood before his wife, and now him, was a creature unlike anything he had ever seen before. It was unnaturally thin, had purple covering, and it's structure was too fluid to be even sand. Then there were the eyes. Large black orbs that reflected his image back at him. Was this another of Bara's creations, something only the eternally creative mind of the Creator could make? He stood his ground, taking position in front of his wife. Hopefully, it was peaceful. He prayed to Bara that it was peaceful.

BEfore the group of Illithids in their mild dressing as their gods had yet to give them good animals to make clothes with and the mushrooms decayed fast, still they were free of any threats and given their lack of anything to cover such things would be mealy for looks. it the depths of the caves they knew they could work undisturbed by anything that might be on the surface , or at least it should keep them hidden from all that was the reason to place them in the dark with plenty of food. Still before them stood creature unlike themselves they had to come from the surface, the Illithids first reaction was to try to send out a psionic greeting as they were at the very least friendly , or so Qan'cath had told them to be when they had been growing. That greeting had failed they were just like the rocks and the illithid had never seen anything that was made of rock or well anything that lacked a mind.

The Illithid moved about most of them scooting back into the darkness while one stayed with the others suggesting what it should say or rather how it should speak with these stone like beings " You are from above" It half said half asked the words sounding odd.

Ret stared at the creature as it stood their silently. Why wasn't it doing anything? Perhaps it was dumb? Just as he was about to leave, it spoke. It's voice was wierd. Like the sound of, well, he didn't know what it sounded like. He had nothing to compare it to. What was weirder though, was that he could understand it.

"Yes, I am from the surface. I am Ret, and this is my wife Ter. We are both the creations of Bara. We hope that he has graced you to allow peace between us. We mean you no harm." Ret's life pulsed blue as he spoke. The creatures seemed frightened. Almost as if they had never seen a Golem before.

"You need not worry. My kind are peaceful, we only wish to create and build." Ter had spoken out, hoping to calm the strange creatures.

The Illithid seemed to move slightly odd and was quite for a time, it spoke with all those in the cavern which stretched far beyond the limits of mortal sight and told them all what was happening. This could not be known by those who did not share the psionic link like the illithid did, this was in truth the first time any Illithid had needed to speak in a long time. The creature did speak oddly of the companion it had, a wife that was an unknown word still after the questions were tallied the Illithid stood straight far more confidant looking.

" We have reached the conclusion you speak the truth, we wish to know what you are and what a wife is" it said as more appeared from the shadows not saying a word and seemingly not needing to.

Qan'cath watch the exchange it was going well and she would soon make them creatures to hunt but first she blessed them with more knowledge of civilization how to build and how to use their gifts.

Iva had a great burden moving souls from the decease, and finally she decided it was time that she made her self someone to share her burden. She had seen how successful Ryse had been for Armenies, and hoped her child would be just as great. Form the void of her realm she fashioned a new being one that might rival her own beauty, one that she would have the honor of teaching. She would name this child Ira, Ira would pull the souls out of the mortal realm and help bring them into their after life. "I am sorry Ira, your burden shall be sadness for you shall do the saddest job among my children and carry off the souls of loved ones. However, do not be sad I want you to be happy and see what good you are doing for these people and they shall be happy when they reach the after life." After Ira was given her job she loved her mom and she might been seen crying but whether it was tears of joy or sadness could not be told.

The creature went silent again after Ter finished speaking. It seemed to wait forever, though to the Golems it was but a insignificantly small amount of their drastically long lives. Finally, the being spoke again, seeming to somehow communicate with others of its kind before it asked its question. The first one was a simple answer, but the second one was quite odd. How did they not know what a wife was. Ret bowed and spoke.

"We are of the race created by Bars, Lord over all of Creation. We go by the name of Golem." He raised his hand and pointed to his wife. "I do not understand how you do not know what a wife is, but to us Golem, our wife is a male constructs lifelong partner with which we will build our children and breathe life into them." Tear bowed as she was pointed to. The difference in construction was plane for all to see. The one that was the male construct was bulkier and had a green glow running through its body, as well as a deeper voice. The female construct had a slimmer, more graceful frame, blue glowing light, and softer voice.

"And pray dear creatures, what are you, and what stone have you been made of?"

The Illithid was silent as all the voices in its head spoke or rather they all spoke in each other's minds it was a habit they had come to over the ages like others spoke in the air they spoke in their minds. Still the idea of a mate was an odd one, and building children, though building them seemed right for the stony constructs. Still why would any pair together forever to them they just spawned in a large pool no one had a family they had groups clustered by shared ideals but no biological connection. The Illithid had no real gender like the golems they were both in a way so there was no difference between individuals.

" We are the Illithid children of Qan'cath mistress of Time space, and the realms of existence and we are made not of stone but flesh and blood . " It explained and the others despite being in view seemed to be completely silent " Many wish to know the difference between male and female there is no such difference in our kind" it explained though it was obvious it could see the difference and most of the others were becoming less cautious and more relaxed around the golems

Stormspeaker Boros, priest to Koz in the city of Runan, gazed upon the newly constructed temple, and was filled with pride. It was not the first attempt at building a place of worship to the god of storms, but all previous constructs had not survived their initiation. The first had burned down after being struck by lighting, and the second had collapsed when a tremor in the earth had dislocated one of the support beams. That was enough for the worshippers of Koz to see their error, and the third temple was constructed almost entirely out of stone and clay, with the exception of metal coating enveloping a large orb placed on the top of the structure. The whole temple was designed to withstand and even invite natural disasters, as was befitting of the god it was dedicated to.

The first night was the hardest, as one of the magical storms that formed randomly decided to visit the city. The elemental and magical forces descending upon the city was terrifying, but the temple held. The metal orb even redirected lighting from the rest of the city towards itself, as if the temple protected it's neigbours from its god's most violent creation.

In the morning the storm had passed, and the first real temple to Koz was completed.

A temple to Koz is not considered finished until it has survived a lightning storm

Bara watched as his creations met with those of Qan'cath deep below the planet's surface. It was going suprisingly well for the Golem's first contact with non-rock life. It was exhilarating to see them communicate and discover new things. In fact, he felt that something was about to be created. Something wonderful. Bara left his realm and went straight to Qan'Cath.

"Sister of Time, it seems our creations are about to create something between themselves. I say we help them along." Bara watched as the two races started to lay the foundations of a civilization.

After several years of staying in the mortal realm he was called back to go back to his fathers realm. But before he did he asked the humans and elves to organize themselves if they could on military just for precaution in case anybody threatened to attack them. They heeded his warning and went to work, while ryse was transported back to his fathers realm and welcomed with a hug. "Very good son, you have proven that you can indeed think for yourself...Now would you help me build this artifact?"

The civilization of Raktor was in much abuzz as a group of strangers neared its borders. These creatures were odd, smaller and more frail than the Wrath, but possessing a strange fire in their eyes.

Communication was rough, as the newcomers used a different communication system relying solely on vocals, in contrast to the Wrath's combination of body language and primitive grunts, but eventually both groups figured each other out.

"What are you?" the Wrath asked them.

"We are humans," the strangers responded.

"Why have you come to the dominion of the Wrath, humans?"

"We hail from the north, beyond the sea. From a land the civilization of Runan has claimed for its own. Life is good there, but it was not meant for us. We need a bigger challenge. So we started exploring."

Yandere saw that her creations were flourishing but she decided she wished to take it to a farther level. She took sight upon one of the many blank planets Bara made and smiled. "This will be the home for my creations, I'll call it... Cinderos." Her palms formed with energy once again and she hit the planet with it changing it into a hellish landscape. "It will need some life as well, but this will be a long term project." Another bolt of energy struck the planet making simple life that thrives from the fire. "Now to build up some more power. I hope senpai likes it."

Zyncturial had finally awoken from his sleep to find that he had been given the chance to create whatever he wanted to, finally, something for him to pass the time.

Well, first thing is first, he needed something to work with to build anything on, why not something that's got a bit of character to it, something, something pointy like a mountain range, that would work just nicely, though, where would creatures live, not in the mountains, that would be silly, how about some plains, but where to put it, lets see, how about in the middle. He looked to see where there were other land masses so he knew where to put his own, he decided that to the south west of all of them would work just fine, a nice, kinda, circular land mass, surrounded by mountains on the side and a nice set of plans in the middle.

Now he needed something to inhabit the land, he also needed something for his own representation of himself to help guide the inhabitants, so, two things to think about. The inhabitants should be a first priority, however, the other would be quite the piece to have, looks like I will be having both to think about.

Not only that but it would seem like an ordinary thing for his inhabitants to live on the land and not in the sky like he was, it seems like a much needed thing to have them live in the sky, no questions asked, thou he will probably need to have some help from the others if he wanted to get all of this done, but who to ask, that will be something for another day though, something for another day.

(If there are any errors let me know, I'm still trying to figure this out :3 )

Qan’cath watched her children mingle with her brother’s stony constructs. She had not thought of dealing with them when her race had been conceived but they were a peaceful bunch and she could see some kind of peaceful understanding once things advanced. Her civilization was growing and it would splinter in ways was they mingled as few could truly live with them, that was why they were organized into city states so each could change to be part of another while remaining part of the original alliance.

The Bara came and it seemed he had been watching his children, well his were not as scattered as hers so no doubt he had a slightly easier time of it, but still she agreed. “ We shall as they shall become great” She said as she invested power to give them a culture all their own.

Abaddon watched them not smiling for once the wrath could use the humans intelligence but being them once they tested the humans being as its there ritual if the humans couldn't win they would be chased off or slaughtered but I decided to wait and see. One of the bigger wrath walked up slowly and the others parted for him he began pounding on his chest and the others did the same and began making a strange noise."Rah Rah Rah Rah Rah,"the wrath chanted.

It took a second but the humans realized it was a challenge the bigger wrath issuing the challenge spoke to the humans. He moved his hands and made noises saying," strange creatures it is wrath tradition for new beings to be tested in battle if you win he shall allow you to stay if not you will be chased away and or killed do you accept? Abaddon waited to see if his influence would be required

Iva began to assemble some gods in her realm calling to them and telling them to join her. "Oh great brothers and sisters of mine, come to me and let us create something beautiful, something divine. Lets us create a creature as such the world begs to see. I know we have differences, but let us cast them aside and create something new, something grand" Iva called to Bara, the god of creation to mold a body for these new beings and together other brothers and sisters to fill them with power. Then Iva would fill them with their greatest gift, life.

@Tylor guillory @Karcen @Evanw1256 @LeviathanL

"I would grant them access to the blue skies, so that they may experience my storms as I do.

Up close and personal."

I burst forth in a cloud of flames the it clears and I stand arms crossed- I shall help with this new life what is it we are creating? The big wrath moved closer and the wrath surrounded the human and the wrath so it would be one on one. The wraths skin hardened and he roared as he ran charged the human

Armenies shakes his head, "good thing these humans have my strategy mind." He then whispers a couple words to the human and feeling the urge to do so, the human lowered himself and prepared to aim for its legs and drive with his strength supporting his counterattack. Meanwhile ryse helps finishing a artifact for the humans, "well father whenever your ready you can enchant this."
