-As powerful as you wish, just as long as they're not indestructible where no one can defeat them. As long as they are balanced in strengths and weaknesses, there won't be much of an issue.

-And absolutely! You can even be a villain, despising the humans for what they've done. However, the group will join together to eliminate the threat to come, whether they're villain or not.

-About 2 years. You can come in at any point, but preferably not less than six months as I'd like the group to a relatively closeknit group.
