Why, hello there.

I am Ruinel. I have been roleplaying since I was probably 12 or 13, so five or six years now. I started off here at RPNation (back when the site wasn't the beast of a forum it is today--holy schitz). I love to play a wide variety of characters in all sorts of genres, but my favorite is old powerful hermits in medieval settings.

I've always loved writing and especially enjoy writing short stories, fanfiction, and, of course, detailed roleplays. I am a very slow writer. I reread every sentence probably ten times before I can move on from it, and reread the paragraph, and so on...

I'm also on Figment, if you are familiar with the site. That's where you can find my non-fanfiction works under the pen name Cecilia Suzanne. On AO3 my nom de plume is Something_Inconspicuous, if you're interested.
