Well, in my case Valko had never even met a member of the Silver Koi. I guess they could start in the Proud Tiger or get there about now to chill with their friends that they already know.

Who said anything about respect? Valko certainly does not "respect" his usual foes.
If Valko doesn't, maybe someone else will be happy to take his place. Or you manage to trick everyone into believing that you're really the most honourable person there.
