Yeah but a lot of folks who made 1st circles weren't willing to take the time to place them in that wiki list and instead placed them in the Thread I have linked.

I would say they don't really get along, but they are as close to being civil with each other as two groups of fallen Gods with Opposite agendas can be.  They seem to not oppose each others agendas directly, unless they have to. They know that they have greater enemies in Creation so they do...
