i usually use neat makeup pallets and use an art program to get the hex code from them.

it's rare for me to have a character under their 30's, unless they're 28 or 29? With the characters I have, who are usually supernatural, I prefer them developing their powers before I use them, but it's a challenge to rp someone starting out with their powers, and fun nonetheless.
