CastleAsylum

Please watch your step and don't mind the mess! This wing of the Asylum is currently under construction!

With over 200 characters (many not yet drawn out) and more than 40 reasonably fleshed out plots (with more in the works), we here at Castle Asylum believe we will find the cell that's right for you as we strive for unique and often unorthodox excellence! We only ask that you abide by the following rules, regulations, and other such rottack:
  • Do not godmod. Few things are as annoying.
  • We here at Castle Asylum prefer Formal RP style using paragraphs and actual sentences. We can make exceptions for those who prefer otherwise, but unless we've been warned we will assume that roleplays will be done in a story format and not a script.
  • If your character is decidedly over powered, we may ask you to tone them down. While we do have characters ourselves who are quite formidable (some are gods or even beings on a higher plane of existence), we limit these characters typically by giving them a good reason to not use their full strength or even have them strictly as background characters unless provoked into some form of action. Please be aware of this if we are to play in one of the Asylum's many worlds, but also rest assured that we will never kill your character unless given express permission to do so, and always give your character the ability to avoid dealing with these powers directly if they do not have anything with which to protect themselves.
  • While we can work to adapt our inmates to other worlds, we prefer to keep them in their natural habitats and instead allow visitors to be given the credentials to live alongside them. We can also create merged worlds if this is something a visitor would be interested in.
    • Keep in mind that prep will be required before roleplay can begin for any of the above options, as our inmates were designed to live in a certain environment and therefor things will need to be rearranged on multiple fronts before we can proceed.
  • Please do note that we have many inmates from all different walks of life. If any inmate has a world view you do not agree with, try not to take it personally. Chances are we also do not hold their views.
This notice board will be updated as more information comes to light, but for now feel free to take a look at our wide selection of antiquities, oddities, anomalies, and abnormalities for your viewing pleasures. Do enjoy and remember:

Stay in your cell~
