"Do whatever you have to. I'll help you out," Piper nodded. As they walked, she dug through her backpack looking for some motrin for her headache. "Want some?" She offered after taking three pills, swallowing it down with a little bit of water from her water bottle.
"Do you want me to take you home? I can always head back here later," Piper offered. Whether she took the car back out because she still had the keys or if he rather take a cab, she was willing to help.
"However it didn't really feel out of the ordinary of negative energy. It was dark, but felt like a possession almost," Piper tried to explain but was caught on her words. "If Jacob wasn't there I would have died."
"That's good, besides the stinging," she nodded, turning into the parking lot. "I'll take care of him. You worry about yourself." Piper grabbed her backpack and walked to the other side of the car, opening the door and unbuckling the man before carefully pulling him out of the car and taking him...
"We look awful," Piper laughed lightly. "How is your injury?" She started to hum softly in between her sentences and his, giving her something to do while paused at a stop light.
Piper paused her soft singing to quickly glance at Jacob. "What's so funny?" Piper asked, raising and eyebrow as she kept her eyes on the road, but her head slightly turned toward him.
Piper turned the key in the ignition and drove off, heading back to work. She changed the station to a channel with music and she decided to sing along quietly, to calm her nerves.
After a careful struggle, Piper managed to drag the man down the stairs and to the car. It was a bit of a struggle to get him in the car, but she got him seated and buckled him up. She threw her bag in the trunk before she sat herself in the driver's seat.
"An evil couple lived in the apartment. They were the ones causing the activity. We are taking them back to the office. I'll be back to check on you later," Piper answered quickly.
