1. I love dice. I know most people on this site don't, but they are very useful in an organized system. 2. I suppose weak in comparison to most pirates/marine. So about Luffy or Zoro's level when the series starts. 3. Yup. :) I vote for idea 3. (Assuming we're voting.)
