Seated members do not have any mastered skills, however once you reach Lieutenant level you'll be able to master one of the four skills ^-^ Then Captain level, two, and so on.

You can add your Bankai into your CS but won't be able to use it in the beginning ^-^ The GMs want the RP to play out a little before anyone uses any Bankais :P
