Is the title just too vague?

Is the backstory shit? I have no idea because nobody's giving me any feedback.
Although I'm sure this rp will attract attention and everyone will think I'm crazy because I'm typing to myself.

The title is not too vague. The lore is good too, for me, I'm not entirely sure about the world do it's hard to imagine a character to fit the lore. For example, what kind of technology is available to characters? If I wanted to play some kind of enforcer what kind of gear could he have? That is the difficulty I imagine people are having.

Yes. And there will be a villain, an npc. The roleplays conflict will come from the characters being given choice to decide which one of the two extremes is more right, total anarchy, or total control. I don't need a villain but I kind of hate forcing you to do something you didn't want to do originally with your character, so go ahead.

Villain might be strong for him. I know that he's beyond secondary to the main conflicts. He is more of a anti disorder antagonist. A tool of malcontent for the anarchists and disorderly.

I think you might be misconceiving this world a little bit, I'll try to explain it a little less subtlety then I have in the lore. Everyone works the same scheduled and does everything at the same time. They are given certain periods of free time for eating meals, which is where you come in. Your job is to serve authorities during the day and citizens during free time. The nation is basically communism on steroids.
