Hehe, that's exactly what I was hinting at with my post. Some may be calm now, but wait until they have to face the reality of a live or die situation.

Either of the first two could work, we could even simply find the dungeon where the boss waits, but we would need a time skip for even that. It is unrealistic to find the boss dungeon within the first day after all. So no matter what, time will have to pass one way or another. So really, my vote will remain somewhere in the air. At our pace, we will not leave Hub behind no matter what we choose.


Another issue we need to remember, maps are not pre-explored which means they should not be purchase-able from the get go. Players accumulate map data and store it, then share it out, whether it be for a price or to aid in the clearings. But it takes time for them to explore.
 
Waiting as I said is only polite, but doing a side quest also sounds fun. He could catch up, most likely and really wasting time isn't really my thing. Then there's the boss, that should be dealt with in a timelier manner than cannon due to the less of a blow against collective player morale. All options sound fine to me, but I'm more partial to option 2. Option 3 is a bit of a stretch on the first day, getting the the dungeon itself took a few days while the boss room should take another week, it is a maze.


As for the maps, yes that is true, that's why I used the direction and not the name of the location. I can think ahead too, you know? :smiled:
 
now let me say I was talking RL time table with a day or t wo. in the RP that could take the span of a week easily.


just so reading the original volumes the maps from town to town were purchasable its the dungeon maps and the terrain maps as well as monster locations that had to be purchased.
 
Has anyone else noticed that the site enjoys randomly going down for brief periods, or is that just on my side?
 
True true, just had me a little puzzled. I'ld have a notification but was incapable of checking it. That was kind of driving me crazy, haha.

If you noticed the slow pace, do not fear. It is quite intentional seeing as we are also waiting on another member. They are currently busy with various obligations and the like, but they shall return within a day or two's time.

So... I don't mean to be the guy who isn't online but, I have a tattoo appointment tonight so I won't be on till later like after midnight... which tomorrow night I have to pick up my pops from the airport so about 11pm I'll be logging off...

Alright Decus, so I suppose we will catch you tomorrow? Later tonight I shall be forming a post seeing as Saturday will be ending. I will begin keeping a summary of important events for Hub until they do return.
 
Exactly, therefore my job is just that much easier, haha. But feel free to begin posting again, I will poke Hub by the end of the night to check their situation.
 
Well i'm on right now maybe not for long the tattoo session took a lot out of me. i'll have to upload a photo once its not so angry looking.


there's at least 10 hours of work on this big back piece and we still have more to go....

That is quite the big back piece! And my apologies, by Evil is right, it is pretty blurry so it is kind of difficult to make out. But anything that large of scale is quite the feat.


Edit: As well, I passed out hard last night after another illness spun around and kicked me.
