Synopsis:
"The year was 2019, in the country of Italy, in the city of Venice, both strange and mysterious dark forces had begun to move, a criminal syndicate that called themselves the "Illuminati" had appeared and had proclaimed that they were the "future saviors of the world".
Seeing what was wrong with the current systems of the world, they intended to rewrite them altogether by destroying the current world and remaking it entirely, as a whole all brand new one, or, as they liked to describe it: "From out of the Phoenix's ashes, will the dawning of the new world commence".
Murder among very many other horrendous crimes...these are the representations of the faults of the "old world" that the fanatics of the "new world" believe must first be purged in order for their "new world order" to begin and thus, the conflict known, as the "Holy War" begun, for although there were those that would side with the Illuminati and see things from their points of view, there were also those that had seen them, as nothing more then just crazed lunatics and murderers.
A young man, raised, as an orphan from the streets of Venice rose up to quell the never-ending oppression that the Illuminati had forced on normal people through their hypocritical talks of both representing and bringing about justice itself by putting an end to the both dark and absolute justice that they were enforcing upon the world.
This young man's name? "Jacob, Jacob "Speedwagon" Joestar"...24 years old, Jacob had already earned himself a reputation in the dark world of Italy's Mafia by the age of 16 when he used both strange and mysterious powers to quell a Mafia rebellion that was threatening his fellow orphans from out from their homes and by doing so, he was welcomed into the "Coraggio" Mafia family that although were known for their shady dealings were also known to have had a sense of some sort of humanity, never dealing with the absolute worst kind of human scum in the entire world itself, for example, human drug and slave traffickers.
Deciding to take the Coraggio family up on their offer if it meant it would help protect and better the lives of his fellow orphans, Jacob entered into the life of the Coraggio, working day and night daily, as one of its members, trying to do whatever he could, however he could, to ensure that no one else lives in poverty.
During this time, Jacob met others that had possessed the very same type of both strange and mysterious powers that he himself had, they referred to these powers, as Stands and by using these Stands, they did whatever they wanted, wherever they wanted, whenever they wanted and however they wanted, even if it meant opposing the respective Mafia families that they belonged to.
Jacob, having a strong sense of justice and duty about him believed that the code of honorable Mafias must be uphold, no matter what and so, he sought out those that would abuse their Stand powers for the wrong reasons and had taught them life lessons about what it means to live both right and wrong.
It would be during these turbulent times that eventually, Jacob and the Coraggio Mafia family would confront the fanatic group of the Illuminati, its members also possessing Stands for themselves...
During the 1st battle against them, the Coraggio fell in both defeat and disgrace, their boss, Jacob's foster father, the Godfather named "Gio Brando" was killed right in front of all of the people of Venice at the hands of the Illuminati's master and founder, a man who went by the name of the Pope "Saint Michael Archangel".
Upon Brando's death, the Coraggio were forced into either disbanding or joining the ranks of the Illuminati, the latter having recognized the members of the Coraggio possessing the ability to wield Stands, however, Jacob was the only one that refused to join the Illuminati, swearing vengeance against their leader Michael and wanting to honor Brando's way of life, he was named public enemy number one throughout all of Italy due to the Illuminati's vast connections and resources and they had begun the ultimate manhunt for him, hunting him down like the dog they believed him only to be...
A year had long since passed by with no word about Jacob being mentioned whatsoever, most of the members of the fanatics believed that he had simply died out whilst on the run for whatever reasons, either both being killed or dying of both illness and/or starvation.
However, strange occurrences began to occur involving the fanatics and their operations, at many of their based locations where they store top secret items of the utmost importance, at one of said locations was a both strange and mysterious pair of items known simply, as the Bow and Arrow stolen by a gentleman phantom thief wearing a heart shaped mask who called himself "Kaito JoJo", no one knows both who and/or what the true identity of Kaito JoJo is, only that he had now stolen the Illuminati's most very prized possessions, the Bow and Arrow.
Said to have been created by Michael himself and can somehow gift people with the ability to both wield and use Stands, the self serving Pope believed that this Kaito JoJo was none other then Jacob Joestar himself, since they had not found him at all during the entire year that he had been missing, now, believing with the Bow and Arrow that Kaito JoJo intends to create an army of Stand users to oppose the Illuminati and their dictatorship, Michael orders his both men and women with the ability to wield Stands to hunt down the phantom thief and retrieve their precious Bow and Arrow, still needing them for a "master plan" of theirs.
Kaito JoJo unmasked himself elsewhere and had revealed shockingly and surprisingly that he was not Jacob Joestar after all but what could this all mean? at any rate, as Michael suspected, Kaito JoJo, his real name being "Jordan Zeppeli", age 18, is a young man intent on creating a group full of Stand users that were ready to oppose the corrupt fanatics and bring back order, peace and stability throughout all of Italy, even if that meant breaking both rules and laws in order to do so.
Jordan is not seeking to create an army of Stand users but merely a small group that wishes to uphold both their ideals and their respective senses of justice against the Illuminati that he can feel he can absolutely trust with his very life itself, he wishes to build this group on the ideas of trust, friendship, camaraderie and especially above all else, love, for when it comes to the people of Italy, it is said that the one thing that they cherish most above everything else, even both fame and fortune, is the love that they have for their both families and friends, knowing that the fanatics will not stop both threatening and harming innocent people, Jordan wishes to oppose the Illuminati and save Italy, even if that means at the expense of both his and other peoples' lives, a stern believer in self sacrifice and serving to one's duty.
Jordan begins creating this group that he has in mind of which has no name yet and intends for this group to serve, as revolutionary heroes for not just Italy but the whole world itself, they will act, as phantom thieves for the time being, in small steps breaking down the Illuminati's operations until going after the head honchos themselves, this group will bring about what Jordan calls "Un Tutto Nuovo Mondo" which translates, as "A Whole New World", like the Illuminati are intending but unlike the Illuminati, this new world will be made for the people, by the people and side by side with the people...
