Dreams of the Second Age - Additional IC

With the knowledge that Filial has access to a Leviathan, Rine knew they needed better intelligence than what they currently had on the renegade Solar. Turning to one of the Eyeless Minions, he gave it instructions to infiltrate and spy on the movements of Filial Wisdom and his troops, and look for any sign that could lead them to the whereabouts of the Leviathan.

AFterwards, he began working with the Dragon-Kings to fortify their location, using a mixture of Wyld Shaping Technique combined with the Hand of the Great Maker, and the sorcery spell Raising the Earth's Bones.

Some part of Rine knew that things were going to get ugly soon, and they needed to be ready for it.

Over the course of the next several hours, it would appear that Filial Wisdom has come to the conclusion that the Key he is looking for may now be in the Flying Tower inhabited by the Dragon Kings. A large body of troops are moving out, mostly headed underground for the basement entrances to the Tower to avoid any advantage the defenders may have from being able to see movement of troops and ranged attacks. There is no doubt that the mad Solar will be able to smash his way past the barriers in place. A war is coming to the Dragon Kings. Fortunately, they have been equipped and trained, so they will be able to hold their own while the Circle deals with the Solar and his Dragon Blooded cohorts.

Rine turned to the Dragon King in charge of the troops. "We're expecting trouble soon. How are our fortifications and troops?" He asked, trying to think of some last minute preparations that he could make.

One of the Dragon King scouts reports, "The enemy is moving around underground, keeping us from being able to use our airships as a effective weapon. They are heading in from the tramway station in the basement. With the power of Filial Wisdom at the lead, we won't be able to stop them, but we will keep the hordes occupied while your circle deals with him."

The chamber that is in question is a large room, over five hundred feet across x six hundred feet wide x 100 feet high. It has multiple tramlines that feed into the room, and several lifts that lead both up to the surface and down deeper into the depths. All the entrances to the lower chamber have been blocked by various obstructions and the casting of Raising the Earth's Bones, leaving one hidden entrance for the Dragon Kings to use for their forays out into the underways, and the lifts up into the Tower have been barricaded in expectation of this attack.

Aredin will take position in a place where he can shoot the exalts from as far away as possible. If it looks like there are places where Filial would approach unseen until too close, Aredin will nail his anima down to void stealth in the possible entry way to give him an unimpeded view of the target while ruining their dark vision in the process. Aredin now stands vigilant, waiting to incinerate the approaching mass in a fiery storm.

Mask

Once it's obvious that they're marching on the tower, Mask will take Wren out to try and find a way to separate either the Dragonblood or the Abyssal away from Filial and take care of them in their own way. He almost gleefully leaps through the trees and across rooftops as they make their way back, his form becoming indistinct and almost ghost-like as he runs.

Activating Ebon Shadow Form for the upcoming fight.

As Rine did not possess any training in martial combat, having come from a more peaceful era, he decided that he would go to the highest structure he could find to survey the battle, and provide information to the others using Infallible Messenger.

Zen-Aku

Zen readies his charms as he finalizes the last minute preparations between the Dragon-Kings and their defenses. The Dawn Caste stands tall, poised, and regal in front of all of the assembled troop. He takes a deep breath and speaks with such raw charisma that he captures the attention of every single Dragon-King in armor and ready for combat.

"ATTENTION ALL TROOPS!!!"

"You are all about to enter your first battle with the enemy. Each and everyone of you are about to participate in the most important battle in history. This is the battle that will be the first step in reclaiming this city and restoring it to its former glory! But I have one last order for all of you: SURVIVE! Each and every one of you are an important part of the war machine of the New Solar Federation! Therefore, do not throw your lives away! You must SURVIVE this fight, triumph, and conquer our enemies as they lay before you. Do not drop your guard, do not underestimate your enemy!

If you have anybody who you hold dear to your heart, think of them as you fight! And press on to eliminate our enemies! Do not falter, do not hesitate, and most importantly... STAY ALIVE!"

Using Heroism Encouraging Presence for 5m to rally and raise the morale of the troops. Dumping 6 motes into first Presence excellency while activating combat charms. 10m 1wp for infinite melee as well as 3m for Celestial protection on my wavecleaver daiklave

A inhuman roar fills the air, loud enough to make the very walls shake from the joyful cry from the Dragon Kings. As a species, they are known for their ferocity, and these are fighting - not just for their own lives, but the very existence of their race, guided by the Chosen of the Unconquered Sun. They begin a rhythmic chant of, "Sol! Sol! SOL! SOL! SOL! SOL! SOL!" dedicating their first battle to their God.
