She sighed and sat down to listen

At lunch Tommy sat outside, eating a sandwich while watching a group of girls stand around chatting.

Nikki chatted with her friends, pulling her skirt down every time a boy looked over at her

He watched her, smiling slightly as he finished his sandwich. He walked over to one of the geeks who he knew had a crush on Nikki. "Hey," he said, pushing one of them, still looking at Nikki. "What do you know about that girl?"

He looked up intimidated "what do you want to know?"

"How do you get her to like you?" he asked, turning to him.

 

[Joeaikman]

"I don't know" he sighed "but I know something about her"

 

[kiscokids123]

He raised an eyebrow. "What do you know?"

 

[Joeaikman]

"There's a guy" he gulped "he sells pictures of her"

 

[kiscokids123]

He frowned. "That's not good. Who?"

 

[Joeaikman]

"Jack Montague" he frowned

 

[kiscokids123]

He nodded. "So how will that help me? I don't have any money."

 

[Joeaikman]

"First pictures free" he smiled "that's a taster"

He smiled. "Good, thanks." He punched the geek and stalked off. "Idiot. That's not the way I'd get her approval." He watched her again for a second then walked over to her, smiling.

She didn't notice him come over and carried on chatting

He cleared his throat. "I need a moment with Nikki," he said to her friends.

 

[Joeaikman]

They frowned at her and moved off "what?" She sighed

 

[kiscokids123]

"I know about Jack," he said, hiding a smirk. "I'll beat him up if you go on a date with me. Just one."

 

[Joeaikman]

"No" she looked down and blushed "I mean sure it's not comfortable having people look at you like they know your body better than you do"

 

[kiscokids123]

"But it's better than being seen with me, right?" he said like he'd said it a million times. "I get it."

 

[Joeaikman]

"It's not that" she frowned "it's just you beating him up won't solve anything"

 

[kiscokids123]

He shrugged. "Fine. What will it take to get you to go out with me?" He lit a cigarette.

 

[Joeaikman]

"I'm not going out with you" she said firmly "end of"

 

[kiscokids123]

"Are you sure?" he asked, frowning. "Because there's a party tonight and it's pretty big. Have any other juniors asking you to go?"

 

[Joeaikman]

"I don't want to go" she said truthfully "I had a bad experience last time"
