Fantasy Dragon Hearts

The two girls ignored being told to leave them along. They both kept insisting on helping, Yuki taking out a cloth to put pressure on wherever it was still bleeding, and Shiori still fumbling around and trying to figure out a way to help.
 
Marcus growled at them and set Zendora down. He was about to do something that he knew would draw attention. He walked away a few yards and turned into star dust. His true form appears with the destruction of most of the forest. He turns and looks at the humans "Leave her and I will not kill you. He was massive. He was so enraged. He wanted them to go and not mess with her

The two girls were paying too much attention to the injured to even care if they died. Yuki pulled out some bandaging, using it to cover up the wounds, while Shiori helped with moving her body for the bandaging to be wrapped, but careful enough to not cause harm. "We would willingly let you kill us then. All that matters is the safety of others." Yuki keeps wrapping the bandaging, while Shiori was making sure nobody came to try and kill them, still lifting their body cautiously to help. "We'd rather die than let anybody else die. We don't care if it's a human, or a dragon. We're all living in the same world, and that's all we care about. We don't care what you do to us, but we're going to help."
 
Marcus growled as they did so "You are both mine as well as she!" He picks up Zendora and places her on his back "Learn your place with me. Just because I do not kill you now does not mean I will not in the future." Marcus turns and walks off. He would still keep an eye on those girls, but for now he was worried about Zendora "Next time we meet, I will let you see her, but for now you will leave and do not worry. Our magic is strong." With that he took flight, gone without another word
 
Shiori just stared as the magnificent dragon took flight. She was confused, some warm feeling rushing through her body. She knew she loved dragons, but this feeling, it was more than just a love of dragons. It was, like she fell in love with him specifically. She fell to her knees, Yuki catching her on her way down. "Shiori, are you okay...? Shiori...?" Shiori slowly came back to her senses as the dragon was out of sight, standing up with the help of Yuki. "I-I'm fine... Just... a little tired..."
 
Marcus got back to a cave and laid Zendora down in a bed of soft ferns he had picked up along the way. He nuzzled her with his head and turned back to his human form "I will be back. I have to go apologize to them." Marcus then ran out with all the speed he had. In a matter of minutes reaching them. He sighed and put his act back on as he walked up to them "Zendora is safe. Do not worry for her."
 
By the time he got back, Shiori was having some kind of panic attack, Yuki trying to calm her down. Only a few words could be made out of Shiori's rambling, which included "flying", "amazing", "warmth", and "love", though there were a few words that weren't relative to the others. Yuki pulled Shiori into a hug, slowly calming the girl down. She whispered to Shiori, though was loud enough that Marcus probably heard most of her words. "Everything is fine, Shiori... Everybody falls in love at some point..." Shiori's body went a little loose, her now completely relaxed in Yuki's arms. Yuki sees Marcus after everything that just happened. "Oh, hello. Is there anything I can do to help with the recovery of your friend? I really am worried for them..."
 
Marcus looked away "If you want to see her fine, but please do not coddle her like a child." He turned back into his dragon form and lowered his head for them to climb on. He wasn't sure what all that was about, but he didn't really care at this moment
 
"As long as she is fine, I am fine as well..." Shiori had pretty much fallen asleep in Yuki's arms, so she had to slowly walk with the tired girl in her arms. She managed to climb up on his head, making sure to find a place where she could keep from making him uncomfortable with how she would be made to sit. She held Shiori closely, now ready for him to fly wherever he does. Shiori's heart was pounding in her sleep, just the idea of being in love able to overtake her, even in her dreams. Yuki was there though, helping her stay calm, for the most part.
 
Marcus took off into the sky. Soaring above the clouds. the fly was rough until they got stabled out. The sky above the clouds was so amazing. The purest golden sunset faded into a light pink sky. His skin almost matching the golden horizon. His wings looked like the night sky among the glorious gold of the sun
 
Yuki looked out at the beautiful scenery. She loved how the golden sun set in the light pink sky, the clouds reflecting the beautiful colors all around them. Shiori's eyes slowly opened, the first thing she takes not of the wings that so beautifully reflected the night sky across the golden sunset. Her heart began pounding again. Not only was he seeing such beautiful wings, but she was actually atop where the wings were from. She immediately recognized who she was atop, which only made her heart pound more. She didn't know what to do. She was riding on the back of a dragon, though her heart wasn't pounding because of that. Her heart was pounding from how overwhelmed her body was with the weird feeling. All she could hear in her head when she tried to figure it out, was 'love'.
 
After a few minutes of flying he landed at the opening of the cave. He then walked in and laid down. He set his head near Zendora to let them off. He was going to keep watch at the opening
 
Yuki and Shiori slowly got off, Yuki having to support Shiori for a little while. Yuki walked over to check on Zendora, while Shiori oddly couldn't stop watching Marcus. Her eyes were just fixated on him, with no way of looking elsewhere.
 
Marcus watched them then noticed Shiori looking at him. He used his tail to pick her up and move her to the side that is blocked from the others view. He sets her down and gently runs his tail over her cheek. He then brings his head down to her "What is it?"
 
Shiori's face went absolutely red. She didn't know what to do, being alone with him just making her heart beat faster. At this point, one could tell she wasn't calm in the slightest, though she didn't seem filled with fear, but rather like she was unsure of how one even breathes. She held her breath in so long, she just about fell over.
 
Marcus sighs and sits her down. He looked at her "Look if you want me to trust you, you have to tell me what's wrong."
 
"I-I-I.... I c-can't...!" She blushes even harder, her heart feeling like it's about to explode. She wasn't used to such a strong feeling, and it was driving her to the point of wanting to just pass out to avoid the entire situation. She looks up at him once more, suddenly feeling a little calm. She wasn't sure why, but she just was. "I-... The truth is... I think... I'm in... love... I just... don't know what to do..." She made sure to say it in a way that it's possible for him to not realize it's him she fell in love with, though the way she was acting made it nearly impossible for him to not know she meant him.

Zendroa had fallen asleep exhausted from the all the emotional and physical turmoil, but now she woke her eyes slowly opening to take in her surroundings this whole cave smelled of Marcus and she knew it well. "How long have I been here?" He eased herself up on her elbows and leaned against the wall looking around and seeing one of he he girls beside her. She continued scanning the cave and noticed Marcus at the mouth his face out of view he seemed to be speaking to someone but she wouldn't intervene. Instead she turned to the girl next to her, "I'm sorry I didn't get to introduce myself properly, my Name is Zendroa...uhm sorry for the....event earlier. That's was the result of my stupidity. For some reason I can understand the most complex of magical spells, yet I can't understand humans for the life of me."
 
Marcus looked at her then to the sky "Then fight for the love you have. It is far greater to fight for someone and lose them than it is to wonder and worry if they had loved you at all." The way he spoke was smooth and gentle, as though he were talking to a child. To him she was a child. So young and fragile. She was the one who needed to be helped

Marcus looks back at Zendora and smiles. He lightly nuzzles her with his head "Your finally up."
 
Yuki smiles lightly at Zendora. "Are you feeling better?" Yuki was a little concerned, though remained calm and happy that Zendora was doing better and had woken up. Shiori walks over to them, having been calmed down by Marcus's words. "Anything you need? We'll try and get almost anything you need us to get you."
 
Marcus smiled at Zendora. He knew she would be mad at him for being in his true form so close to the hunters city. He promised not to, but it was for her
 
Zendroa hugged Marcus' snout as he nuzzled her letting out a surprised giggle. She flicked the tip of his nose a disappointed look on her face, "What have I told you about using your true form this close a city, change back we'll hear anyone that comes." She looked at the girl, "I will be fine thank you the bandages will suffice." Zendroa stood up and walked to the mouth of the cave watching the city's gates, releasing a few of the magic seals on her human form allowing four velvet feathered wings to unfurl from her back. She looked back at Marcus over her shoulder, "How long do you think it will be before they come after us?"
 
Marcus stayed in his dragon form and sighed "A few day give or take. We should go quickly." He picked up the twins and put them on his back "I hop you guys enjoy flying." With that he took off yet again above the clouds
