With the coming of day - and the now solidified knowledge that the sun was slightly evil - Perla hid herself in the little house she and Ricky had lived in for a short time. It was rather long ago, but looking around it, it felt weird, without Ricky's weird little "untouchable cloak" and his bossy attitude and yelling and swearing. Turning all the lights off and closing the windows and doors, she hid inside the darkest, coolest place in the house - the closet.

She continued studying the strange rune her mentor had given her, until the rune appeared and she heard the news. Apparently, her mentor was now her ex-mentor. She kept the rune, anyways, determined to practice it the next chance she got. Her teachers were called Veronica and Roland? Peeking her head out of the closet, she slowly and quietly drifted out, particularly suspicious after fainting the last time she'd been in the light. That was the word, wasn't it? Fainting. She didn't like it. It was unnatural. Where was Ricky? She wondered, worried. She'd seen Justin in the strange, disappearing hall with her, but neither Oma nor Ricky had been there. Worry, worry, worry. Perhaps this was why humans hadn't been allowed to see her when she first began. She'd find her teachers once the sun had gone down, she decided, and continued to huddle in the shade of the house. @VolcanicMagma @PicaPirate

After helping President Ayla with the illusion rune, Daniela rushed to her office. She slapped one of her anti-Neil runes and a quick note saying, "at the library" on her door, before returning to her favorite haunt. She settled herself down contentedly with several books open and her notebook in front of her. Ripping a page from her notebook out, she placed it gently next to her. An image of Royla, mid-laugh, floated above the paper. Together, she and the image waited for her student to come looking for her. @Bearbar123 (if or when you're done speaking with Veronica, this is usually where Daniela is, so it doesn't matter if it's five minutes or several days later.)

Valeriya

Finally back at Wormingshire, Val never felt so happy to be out of the horrible island of Belwick. The pup she had adopted from killing the forest wolf was cautiously hiding behind her legs as she happily hopped up and down. It wasn't long after her small celebration that she and Ciquala was suddenly transported back into the Hall of Voices. A woman that she didn't recognise was speaking to them with a clear and strong voice.

She looked around in suspicion and realised that all the students that she had met or not even seen yet were gathered here. As Val listened to the composed woman, she nodded in understanding. She hasn't spent a lot of time with Notorious though she wanted to. But then she remembered that she lost his Tracker Butterfly...

As the woman had bid them good luck and farewell, the Hall of Voices started to fade and she and Ciquala were back where they were, the docks. Abrah was running around her feet now, his eyes looked surprised but happy that she was back.

The corner of her lip turned upwards into a lop-sided smile as she swung her umbrella on her shoulder.

"Looks we gotta say bye-bye to our previous mentors now, Ciq! Too bad though, I was enjoying his company, though I lost his butterfly."

Veronica

"You came to the right place then. We should start from something simple before we move on to the advanced spells. Hmm... Ah, I know!" She snapped her fingers as she looked around for something. She looked around until her eyes locked onto something in a vial. It was a light green color liquid. She grabbed it off a wooden shelf and brought it near Antri. "Sit down beside this table, please." She said as she put the vial on the table. "Now, this spell is very useful if your friends get poisoned by some sort of liquid or the like. Per say a snake bite." Veronica spoke as she hovered her hand over the closed off vial, and all the poisonous parts of it sunk through the glass itself and the cork. The liquid's amount got smaller and it turned into crystal water. "This can be used to suck out poisonous things out of a human's body, or just purify dirty water, whichever you prefer or need at a certain moment." She said as green goo waved around her arm constantly changing shape and then it was sucked back into the vial. "The key to this spell is to concentrate the magical energy within you to the liquid, and force it to push out the harmful parts. Try it." She smiled as the liquid turned back green.

Ricky

Ricky rushed into his house, dropping the coat off on a sofa. Completely naked, he ran upstairs where he had last put the bag of clothes gotten from Sonya. A black hoodie with a red collar covered his top and black pants covered the bottom part of his body. A tribal golden fire tattoo was painted on the left arm and there was the symbol of WS on the right side of his chest. As he finally dressed up, he put back on the hood on the top. It felt relieving as his head was hidden once again.

Qritz decided to look for the teacher, it'd be interesting to be able to summon crystal beings and control crystalline structures. She head out her home in search of the Divination teacher.

Antri nodded listening well."Okay, i'll try, i don't know how well I will be able to do this." Antri moved up and placed her hand over the vial and concentrated as hard as she could. After a little bit she sighed the poison still in there. Antri sighed but didn't give up as slowly little clumps started to form in the vial as she kept trying.

A minute later she pulled away her hand the clumps dispersing."Did I do it? I tried my hardest." Antri said and looked at Miss. Veronica."If it didn't work i'll try again, this is hard work." She sighed hoping she could do this, if she could learn this it might save someone's life.

Trevor B Harper updated Wormingshire Stories with a new update entry:

Absence.

Greetings, everyone.
I am very, VERY sorry, however, I will not be able to reply AT ALL for three days. I am driving out to a village where there's no reception at all, and I'll be staying there with my girlfriend's family. So yeah, Who could help me by controlling Veronica and Odesus and the staff while I'm gone? Anyone? Please? However, NO plot advancement. This will be the time to interact and stuff. :)

"Yes! Well, you need to practice it over and over again, because so far it was just a few chunks of poison gathered. You need a lot of practice. Try it again with a little more magical power this time." Veronica said. As a teacher, she couldn't do it for her, but she tried to help as best as she could.

@Bearbar123

"We not have them long." Ciq frowned a little. "I like Ala'narin, she so nice. I hope she stay friend. Maybe stay friend with... you mentor?"

He was sure the elven woman would be happy to stay friends though, the two of them got along well and shared a lot of mentalities regarding nature. Although she still thought he was just adorable all the time, she hadn't seen him fighting. That side of him wasn't adorable at all.

"Am exite for new mentor. More friend to make, more magic to learn."

( @VolcanicMagma )

Antri nodded and tried again pushing as much magic power as she could into it. This time if formed slightly larger chunks but by the time it formed enough of them to start pulling it out she couldn't keep it up anymore and had to stop the chucks dispersing again."Maybe I should take a quick break and try it again in a minute." Antri said as she sat back. Antri looked at Miss. Veronica and smiled."It looks like were about the same age, that is a little funny to me. I thought you would be much older then me."

Veronica
f9IY1VN.jpg
"Well, my age doesn't decide my skills, Antri. I'm a skilled healer." Veronica smiled as she watched Antri take deep breaths. She smiled as Antri made progress on the spell. She's more skilled than Veronica had anticipated at first. "You wanna try again?"

@Bearbar123

Antri sighed."Maybe in a minute. I put as much as I could into that one and I'm feeling a little light headed." Antri said and after a couple minutes scooted forward ready to try again."Okay here I go." Antri said and held both her hands out this time and concentrated. The clumps started to form a little faster but it still took nearly a minute to get to where she was before.

Antri sighed and relaxed as she started to draw out the poison. She didn't want to open her eyes afraid she would drop it. She got it to the cork but it wouldn't go through the cork. Antri was frustrated with it and accidentally let it go."I can't get it through the cork!"

Veronica
f9IY1VN.jpg
"Don't worry, Antri. Concentrate and imagine tiny tunnels within the cork. Imagine that you are pushing the poison through these tunnels as if it was flowing water." Veronica taught Antri. At least tried to. "You are doing really good! That is progress which for some would take up to three days or even a week!" She said excited. She was glad her very first first year student was so talented. She could almost see Antri reach a lot in life.

@Bearbar123

Antri sighed and nodded. She pushed all her power into it but when It got to the cork It wouldn't pass through again. She was having a hard time at the point. She pulled out her life jewel after she let go of the chunks again and sighed."Manenbarn, why can't I do this." Antri said lightly, her people belived they were guided by the Manenbarn or moonchild through their jewels.

Antri slipped it back in her clothes and looked at Miss.Veronica."Miss Veronica, can you show me it again, maybe if I look at your technique I might see what I have been doing wrong. The cork just keeps stopping me."

Perla saw Ricky rush past her, not wearing any clothes. That was rather curious. In his haste he didn't seem to notice her. Following him silently, she watched him dress. Finally, once he was done, she went up to him and poked him in the arm. "Ricky?" Was it really him? "They did not hurt you? They let you go? What did they do? Why did they take you away? Am I also not to touch this coat?" The questions flooded out of her in a sudden rush. @Trevor B Harper

I walked to my class room somewhat slowly. It's not that I didn't want to be here its just...

Oh no, it's just that.

The room was somewhat odd I guess, but then again. Everything is odd the me. I do not quite understand these aboveworlders.

While Agni might no longer be my main mentor he shall always be my trainer. I've learnt more from him than anyone else ever.

Though I still haven't made a 3rd spell yet. I should bengetting to that soon.

I shifted in my chair and gazed at my teacher passively. I don't even remember what class this is. I'll try to just get through it quickly. Maybe I'll find someone here to go on my quest with me tomorrow. I heard of two twins girls that might work.

Ergh... class time.

Valeriya

"Of course! You can always stay friends with your old mentor! That applied to me as well." Valeriya assured him, touching his furry ears.

He was still a bit bloody from Belwick and they were exhausted, despite the way she was acting. Abrah was licking Ciquala's foot.

"We should get back to our dorms to refresh ourselves or just sleep. I feel like I'm gonna pass out and you desperately need a shower."

One normal, brown eye cracked open to stare at the white-haired elf walking into its owner's domain. Which one was this? Well, did it matter? Why not just test what he could do? His body vanished and was replaced by spears, heading straight for the elf's head. "Defend yourself if you want to live." Neil's voice boomed, unnaturally loud and deep. The door slammed closed behind the student. Adjusting his body so he could comfortably watch White-Hair's reaction, he kept his dead bored eyes on him, still invisible. @Qenaz Lore

Dmitri Voss & Squirrel

Feeling that he was reaching his limit, Dmitri raised his hand when one of the people surrounding him was offering another round. Dmitri wasn't a fan of losing control over his body or 'open the dams' of his already quite amical nature. He always remembered that one morning, when he contemplated upon taking the risk, the morning where he woke up after the festival the Viratas threw after being rescued..with an insane headache, without clothes or memories and next to a snoring mule... Truthfully he was glad he didn't remember much of the night and he'd be damned if he'd let anyone make him remember. That's why he hadn't joined the Hive Mind for weeks after.

"Oi, Squirrel, stop harassing that lad and get over here, we're leaving."

After bidding fare well to all the other patrons of the bar, and chasing his damn squirrel all over the place for a few slapstick minutes, the duo finally set on their way towards their room after a long, fun day. Squirrel was still in a jolly good mood and apparently not too good at holding his liquor as Dmitri was forced to stop and pat the tiny back as the Squirrel threw up on the side of the road, cursing all that came to his mind during.

"H-hic...Son of a nut, I'm never -hic- going to dri -bluergh- nk again!!! D-hic-mitri, you bastard, why didn' yo -bluaaarrgh- stahp meeeee!!!"

After Squirrel 'let it all out', the buzzed and cheerful duo continued their walk towards the dorms, having all kinds of philosphical and meaningful discussions about life-changing topics, mainly coming from Squirrel:

"Ammagahd, that R -hic- ACK on that bargirl, I want to show her the real 'King of the Jungle' baybay!"

"D-did you know? Squirrels can fly!!! Want me to fly, brah? Look at m -
hic- brah!"

Squirrel proceeded to walk the walk as he leaped off Dmitri's shoulder and faceplanted a few feet in front of him, sprawled all over the dirty road. Before Dmitri had the chance to pick him up, Squirrel was already snoring cozily in the dreamscape.

"Ya crazy furball!" Dmitri said laughing as he picked him up and finally arrived at the dorms and entered his room. The sight he saw there was almost surreal, a centaur sleeping in the middle of the room...On what seemed to be his blanket and cushion...And a beautiful tiny woman sleeping in one of the beds. Dmitri looked at the tiny woman and thanked the deities Squirrel was asleep so he wouldn't wake anyone up, when...

"Oh, Mah, Gawd! Thank thy, Oh Great Squirrel In The Holy Tree! ..." Squirrel whispered, obviously out of his ruse.

"Shut up, you'll wa---"

"WAKEY WAKEY !!! SQUIRREL, IN, THE, HOOOOOOOOUUUUUUSEEEEE!!!!!!!"

"Shyke...!" sighed Dmitri...

@PicaPirate

Like most caninie's, Ciq's head tilted into Val's hand as she rubbed his ear, a silly grin curling his maw.

"I need rest." He replied, yawning as if almost on queue. "Am still tire from fight, need wash too. Much blood on fur."

ANTILLO

As time stood still still in Emu's office Antillo truly did feel paralyzed with fear. He sat down and began to tell about his table on the island. Every little detail he could remember. "Don't you understand, I'm totally useless."

That's been there also to me transported, listening to President Kayla Talking about their new instructors. Antillo Felt that if this counselor couldn't help him he would simply go to his new teacher. --------------------

LISA WASLOW

After their staff meeting Lisa had parted ways with Melissa, after a few comforting words of course. It was important to let Melissa hero in her own way. She decided she should head back to her classroom in case any potential students were looking for some early training. The prospect of training first years learning as well as frightening.

On one hand this would be great opportunity to prove to Melissa who was truly the better mage. On the other hand the fact that the school needed to rely on first years in order to feel protected made Lisa literally shake in her boots. She made it to her office and begin organizing the classroom, setting up training dummy as well as clearing area for larger summons. 'Well theses kids better be prepared for some harsh training,' she thought to herself.

"Healing and bugs aren't completely useless." Eni said. "Let me tell you something, I'd switch out my magic for healing magic any time, but I can't." He held up his cross shaped staff. "This is Salvo Crux, also known as 'The Cross That All Demons Bear'. Do you want to know why it's called that?" He said. "Someone once told me 'With all that blood spattered on you, you look just like a demon. To think that you'd walk the path of carnage to protect those precious to you, but those sinister hands of yours will soon crush them, such is the cross that all demons bear. Devour everything you hate and love and cry your heart out as you're left alone in the world.' Too much power has consequences, my power can only be used to destroy, so be thankful of your magic, hone it and soon you will be able to save those that are precious to you."

Valeriya

"Then let's get going, back to our dorm." Valeriya said as she tugged on his paw and walked heartily towards the building. Ciquala and Abrah in tow.

@Solitaire

_____

Brain dead

Dunno what to say... xD

ANTILLO

The words that came out if Eni's mouth did not belong to a child. He wasn't sure what race this person was but he was no longer under the perception that Eni was younger than him. A bit taken aback by his comments about destruction Antillo was definitely convinced that Eni was right. He wasn't useless, and he suddenly realized his friends had never found him useless. In fact they'd said the opposite of that. He thanked Eni by shaking his hands and rushed away. "I've got to go train! You're right Eni! Thank you so much!"

The now trio, counting the little dog thing made their way back to their dorm. Ciquala was looking forward to bathing and having a rest, perhaps a nap or a decent sleep. Either way he was happy to have some downtime and relax, all that fighting had left him exhausted. He pushed through the door and smiled as Fugly came bounding down the stairs excitedly.

Qritz knocked on Lisa's classroom. "Hello? I was told that I could learn from you." She said from behind the door. She was very nervous, what if she has a test for worthiness and she fails?

LISA WASLOW

There was a knock at the door. "It must be a first year since my fourth years don't knock," she said to herself. She opened the door letting the student it. A younger looking girl was there. She had brown hair and the sweetest eyes. "Do come in dear. You must be a first year I'm meant to train. I am the master of elemental divination and this is my classroom."

Her classroom was enormous. The top tier was filled with bookshelves and sparing dummies and crates full of other useful training materials. Her desk was in one corner. There were wide stairs to the bottom floor where the training ground was placed. A stack of chairs and a chalk board sat against one wall for lectures but she seldom used those. Mostly she liked the open area for hands on training.

"Now please, tell me about yourself and your powers. Feel free to give me a demonstration as well."

(Think soccor sized field for the bottom and a balcony of sorts at the top.)
