It was brought to my attention some time ago that I don't have an introduction thread so consider this my intro to all those who either don't know me or those would would like to get to know me better.

Am I more than just a red name here on a site? Not really. I can't say I am. I am no better than anyone else here. I do however take great pride in my work & will let no one stand between me & my goals.

The only role play I have participated in so far is my own werewolf RP. A side from that, I find it really hard with my schedule to participate in an RP without either missing large chunks or causing things to come to a stop & personally I don't want that. I hope to start participate a lot more.

As cheesy as it may be, I find it very heart warming to know I have provided a place for many people to come & be who they want to be. I like to think that when people have a bad day, they come here to leave it all behind.

It was a forum/trial based custom game called "GgNaruto". Unfortunately when I built it, I was about 19 - 20. Within 3 days we obtained 4,500 members. Without the proper funding, I was unable to keep the site live. We had so many users logging in during the beta phase that it continued to crash the servers. I was looking at about $200 a month for server fees. During the beta stage however, many members were doing something totally new to me. They were role playing to pass the time! New friends & bonds were created. Instead of shutting the site down, I offered to open up a new site strictly for them & their role plays. The site has grown ever since.

I started taking courses in 2012. Still enrolled. I am currently going for my bachelors in business administration & business intelligence.

You are correct! Norwegian 7 day cruise. I thought it was amazing. I was on it for my 25th birthday. Im dying to do another really soon! I personally wish we spent more time on the islands though :-(

I bet that was amazing! My first cruise was back in 2010 went to cozumel mexico. It was beutiful sight. Second was just few months ago went to bahamas. Went to a island. It's amazing to see whats out there. I also gonna go on another cruise.
 
Cozumel was one of our spots. Rode ATVs through the rainstorm after a hurricane. It was dirty! I will never forget it.
 
Hello! Im Lucas and why is it weird that boys RP? Ive been RPing for 4 years and it has made me a more creative person. I like that Role Playing lets me someone that I wish I was. Its a bit like acting or play writing if you think about it. You come up with a character and give him [or her] some flaws. You then proceed to have them do what you wish. I like Role playing because it allows me to get a chance to get out of my abusive family life. I thank you for creating such a wonderful website and will forever be thankful. *bows and walks out*

Great question! In my youth, I was a professional gamer. I played games for money & was even sponsored at one point in my life. The term "Gg" stands for "Good game". It's a sign of respect after a victory =)


Ace came from a nick name I got in middle school. My last name is "white" & "whitey" was racist said the teachers! Instead, someone jokingly called me "AcE". From that day on, the kids in school continued with AcE. Many of those folks are still my best friends. The nickname exists until this day.


Lastly.... "Ace" was ALWAYS taken in EVERY game I played.... Instead of doing "Ace1234" or "xACEx" I used "GgAcE".

Plays With Squirrels I don't actually role play. I actually have no interest in role play as strange as it sounds. This site was evolved from another beast in it's own. Since then I have been extremely happy to administer.

Some consider yahoo RP to be difficult. They are separate in a few ways. If you read the reviews on the RpNation, many of them highlight how easy our site is to use. I think because you are used to another fashion, this one may take time to grow on you. Think of it like video game console controllers. I don't mind the PS3 controller but it took time to get used too. Many would disagree & say it's far easier than that of the xbox controller. To each their own.


In the mean time however, please fee free to send me a private conversation if you need ANY assistance with the sites navigation. Within the next 3-4 days you will notice a few layout changes that SHOULD look a bit more familiar.

Thank you for making such a great site, I don't talk as often as I did in the beginning, but I do still come here every day and though I may not post each day I do keep up with stuff. I joined this site because I needed an escape, and it helped me greatly, so... thank you for making a place that I can escape to.
 
Thank you for your feedback & kind words. Although I don't RP, your response & those similar are the reason I keep this site running.
