Season One; Episode 1: The Battle for Trost

Five Years after the fall of Wall Maria, the 104th cadets of the training regiment are faced with the appearance of the Colossal Titan once again. The Colossal Titan shattered the exterior gate of the Trost District and causing humanity to be faced with the threat of the Titans. Can humanity win against the titans this time? What sacrifices will need to be made?

immediately, titans began swarming into the crack in the gate causing mass panic and hysteria from citizens. They all were trying to escape from the titans in a chaotic mess of people. People were tripping over each other trying to escape the wretched beasts. The Garrison regiment of soldiers responded by immediately trying to set up cannons and attack the titans.

“Hold!” Commander Dascal Dalman yelled at his soldiers as they attempted to hold back the titans with artillery. They needed the Scouts to help out but Dascal was afraid they would have to retreat before then. But it wasn’t enough…they would soon have to retreat within the walls and come up with a plan to stop the attack.

Trost was torn apart by the chaos that the Titans had done to it. The garrison was having trouble keeping the titans back and the Scouts had yet to come. Lots of people running and screaming for their lives. Eren knew that he had to help out somehow and push back the titans. Ther cadet decided to jump in the action and used his gear to maneuver towards the titans like a suicidal idiot. He was determined to kill a titan and prove that he was not a weakling and could join the scouts.

The cadet gripped his blades and swung one of them at a titan's nape and the titan collapsed to the ground. Eren dropped to the ground as he was covered in titan blood. The boy was enraged as he saw the titans and wanted to exterminate them all, but one titan at a time would work out. Eren saw some people running from a titan and he locked eye contact with the titan as he attached his cable launchers to a building to launch himself to the titan.

Eren flew up towards the titan to attempt and slice its nape. He missed entirely and plummeted towards a building that was crumbling. Eren crashed into the roof and quickly got up as he turned around to face the titan that he was trying to kill. The titan reached out for him with its grubby hand to have for a snack. But the Titan's nape was slashed before he could grab Eren and eat him for a snack.

Ymir dropped to the roof as she glanced at Eren, "Are you crazy?! Just marching in and trying to get yourself killed?" The blonde sighed as she was in awe of Eren's willingness to throw away his life like that. Truly the guy was dumb as a bag of rocks, but Ymir still saved him because she could not stand to see another cadet die. So many of them were being slaughtered by the titans and soon there would not be a graduating cadet class.

They needed to regroup with a commander or something before they would die. Ymir was not a higher up and could not figure out what to do but she knew that they needed to help out the citizens get out of Trost. She did not want to die...especially when people needed her, and Krista was in danger.

Armin was shocked to say the least of what happened to Trost. He couldn’t believe that the titan had made an appearance again. Just like that one time long ago…Armin could still remember the first time that particular titan showed itself. The day his best friend’s mom was killed…now lots of moms would be killed and Armin couldn’t do anything about it. God, he felt so useless right now.

The young cadet watched in horror as the titans began flooding into the city and began to grab people and chomping down on them. He needed to find his two best friends to make sure they were ok. Armin shot his cable launchers at a nearby rooftop and used the gas to launch himself towards the roof.

Once on the roof, Armin looked around the area for Eren and Mikasa but couldn’t find them anywhere. The boy grew worried about Eren and if he was dead. Eren had a habit of rushing headfirst into danger without thinking much. He could only hope he was alright and that someone was with him. Armin paused for a moment, before deciding to help some citizens out of Trost as he attached his cables to the ground and pulled himself towards the ground level.

A woman was trapped under some rubble and was struggling to get out. Armin rushed to help the woman by trying to lift the rubble that was trapping her under. He grunted as he lifted the rubble and allowed the woman to crawl out from under the rubble. Armin then dropped the rubble on the ground and took a breath. This was not looking good for them as a lot of people were dying but Armin still had hope that they could pull through. The boy would continue looking for his friends.
