Asako is a kind, cheerful, loving girl, but once betrayed she will try to get away from you as much as possible. Avoiding arguments and fights, she doesn't like making a commotion with others as she thinks it's rude and immature. Asako will try to help the people she likes as much as possible, going out of her way for the littlest of things just to satisfy your needs. Although she may be like this, when she's angry or upset-which is very hard to do since she usually just laughs or brushes it off when she's insulted, Asako will usually cry or run away from you.


Asako is quite responsible, perfectionistic and well put-together, which led to her being made a very trusted student by teachers in the school. Throughout her entire school career, she is insistent on order and steadfastly devoted to the rules, at the expense of her popularity. Her sense of humor was limited; she frequently expressed disapproval over her older brother's practical jokes and threatened to put them in detention for selling prank items to other students. She often attempted to act as the voice of reason among her more impulsive friends, to varying levels of success. However, in spite of her straitlaced disposition, Asako was not above using coercion and threats to get what she wanted.


Asako was not afraid to stand up to her friends when she thought it was in their best interests, or when she felt they were wrong. She is very determined and focused, in that she "always kept her attention focused on the job that must be done," As her mother says. Her refusal to break under extreme pressure shows her strength of willpower. Because of her opinionated, interfering nature, Asako had the reputation for being a bossy know-it-all. Her sometimes abrasive attitude masked deep insecurities and fear of failure. Asako felt the need to prove herself, perhaps partly because of how many people in society looked down on unintelligent people. Despite her confidence in her abilities, she was not arrogant or conceited, and helps her classmates with their schoolwork whenever she could.

Asako is one of the two children of her parents, who were both scientists, and was brought up in Osaka, Japan. Her parents were seen as quite ordinary and although they were a bit bemused by the oddities displayed by their daughter, they were known to be proud of her. Asako has an older brother who is a year older than her, previously going to the same school as her when her and her family lived in Osaka. Shortly after she turned 15 they were rushed to go to this school when her mother and father had a great job opportunity.


Asako was surprised to learn that she was invited to attend the school she was sent to. She eagerly accepted and took to studying even before she began her first year, learning all the set books by heart and even managing to perform difficult maths equations successfully. In addition to the texts set by the school, Asako brought with her several other books for reference and to further her understanding of the school. Asako is enjoying her years as a pupil at her new school, and is taking assignments, classes, and school rules very seriously. She is often described as "the brightest girl of her age".

Yuuki's type fits him perfectly. He is usually very quiet and when speaking does so gently as he likes to observe more then speak. However do not mistake him as weak as though he is quiet he is also wise and confident. He just prefers not to waste words.


However while confident and quiet he is also gentle and patent. He has a soft touch in everything he does and you will never see him lose his temper. Yet, above all he is kind though some might mistake his quietness as coldness or arrogence that is not true. He is very accepting and nonjudgmental always up to the task of helping those who seek it. Even if they don't realize it.


He isn't perfect though and does have faults. Examples of such are his naivety when it comes to social formalities and a lot of things we are used to, somewhat including technology. His upbringing has succeeded in making him unaware of the way a lot of the world works and as such he finds himself easily confused. People he understands reality is a different matter.

Yuuki was born into a rich family as the eldest of three. His parents were busy people who owned several companies that dealt in many things, from fashion to medicine, however they did their best to pay attention to their children. Especially Yuuki who from day one was a sickly child who they kept heavily sheltered as they didn't even know if he would see his tenth birthday, but he was also stubborn. Which he proved when he lived to see his tenth birthday and even began growing healthier. His parents however were wary of anything that might change his progress so continued to keep him heavily sheltered until he was 15. At such time they reluctantly allowed him to go to high school. They knew he needed to learn to socialize with others his own age.

He gets a bit of a sadist and manipulative side from his father, who told him niceness can only go so far. Just stay on Misaki's good side and you have a friend for life.

Misaki was born into the Japanese crime world. His father is a Yakuza boss and his mother a mob wife. From a young age he was taught the ways of becoming a heir. From learning to fight or learning the ways of the family business. Though he always had time for studies, he was sent to the finest schools and got the finest education. His mother even taught him fine arts and how to play the piano. To Misaki his life was highly uneventful, until his acceptance letter to Ouran. He joined quite a few clubs, the music and sword fighting clubs to be in particular. People there were either scared of him or admired him. Soon he was kicked out of them. He was approached by the leader of the Host Club one day who offered him to join his club. He said that he would be accepted there and he could be himself. Thus Misaki took on the role of the Boy Lolita and it fit him well.

Arisato is seen as one of the more handsome 4th year figures. He keeps his dark red hair in a ponytail with a black tie. Arisato is a good-natured guy and a decent science-oriented student, but only puts in an effort when he starts slipping out of the upper rankings for his grade. The rest of the time, he's enjoying making websites and casual puzzle games with cute graphics. He often teases guests with, "Shall I feature you in my next release?"


He can translate esoteric or technical material into layman's terms and is happy to tutor people in maths and sciences. Classical Japanese wears on his otherwise boundless patience. His approach to this has been to make a visual novel featuring characters speaking classical poetry.


Keeping up social appearances is not a factor in who he befriends. He does his best not to offend people, but sometimes he slips and says things that may be construed as innuendo or socially insensitive (mainly regarding class strata). The former he often covers up with an innocent smile. The latter he has trouble recognising. He's quick to apologise when such slip-ups are pointed out. While he is an older member of the group, he doesn't like to be the one chiding or intervening in bad situations, preferring a gentle approach whenever possible.

backstory. His parents hold high, if somewhat stressful, positions in an international firm that made the switch from hardware to software just in time, before the turn of the millennium. They took charge of the Tokyo branch while Arisato was still in elementary school. Arisato's older brother stayed in Thailand, raised by their fraternal grandparents. It was a somewhat difficult period, but Arisato kept in touch with his brother and eventually made friends in Ouran Middle School. Once his older brother was accepted to a university overseas, Arisato's parents brought his grandparents in to Japan to reunite the family. As his grandfather is a well-known former representative in the Senate of Thailand, his family has decent knowledge of Japan-Thailand relations and usually pick up on any socioeconomic shifts.

Long dark red hair drops down to her lower back in small waves. It's often put up in a pony tail to keep out of her way. Red bangs scoop around her face, cutting off just before her brown eyes. She has fairly light skin that she keeps in great condition. Her body remains clean other than the piercings on her ear lobe and the one tattoo she has on her shoulder. The tattoo is the kanji word for hope which she gained after loosing a bet with her older cousin.

  Kiyoko is generally an outgoing female, unafraid to make conversations with those around her. In fact, socializing is something she loves to do. She is bubbly and doesn't hesitate to talk just about anything to others. Even with this being said, she can be very secretive. She knows what to tell and what she should keep quiet about. Though I wouldn't suggest telling her your secrets. Why? Kiyoko can be sly when you do something to upset her. In fact, those secrets you gave her can be used as blackmail. Of course, this rarely happens unless she clearly doesn't like you. Though because she keeps up this friendly facade, it can be tough to figure out what she is thinking.
  
  
  Now apart from all of that, Yoko is very intelligent when it comes to school and money. This might have to do with the way she was raised. She knows how to work with the charts and statistics which is why she's the Host Club's manager. Though she is their manager, she also loves coming in at times as a regular guest. I mean, who wouldn't?! They're a bunch of hot guys! She isn't going to let her position stop that!

  Remember a couple paragraphs ago when I mentioned how Kiyoko could be a sly? Yeah, that's not a good trait at all. In fact she can be sly about a lot more things other than secrets. She has a tendency to take advantage of things to make them turn out the way she wants them or to her own good. This could mean anything from secrets, money, or even club management. And the sad thing is, half the time she's not aware this happens. It's just habit for her to do whatever she can for her own self. Chiya has an androgynous appearance, having short blue hair and bright green eyes; thus giving her the nickname "The Prince of the School." She is also very tall for a girl her age, probably standing at about 5'9. Chiya is commonly seen in her school uniform, or if not that she will wear casual clothing outside school.


In addition to her rather androgynous appearance, she also displays a somewhat princely personality, often flirting with the girls and calling them, "hime" (Japanese for "princess"). She has a firm loyalty towards the other members of the host club, and often seeks her upper classmens' attention. She tries to please them, but more often than not, misunderstands the situation and ends up getting things very wrong.


Her demeanour and voice is often distant and dreamy, and she would drift away from a conversation she did not find interesting. She had an uncanny way of making others uncomfortable by being bluntly honest — a "knack for embarrassing honesty" according to her Father. She was completely unflappable and rarely seemed anxious or under stress, even under difficult circumstances. Chiya is very good at comforting others, despite her honest tone.


Chiya is quite a very funny person, but often emotionally immature, and insensitive. She has a sardonic, wisecracking sense of humour that often brings her friends/fans laughter and relaxation. However, her humour could occasionally be hurtful, even if unintentionally.


Her character is also marked by moodiness and insecurity. She can be argumentative, a trait particularly displayed in her bickering with her peers. She also has a fierce temper, which was especially prone to provocation if her loved ones were insulted, and was not above undermining the ways of her amount of popularity during confrontations (e.g. she had, on more than one occasion, opted to manually resort to the use of his fists rather than his fans or someone older than her when provoked). Chiya frequently demonstrates great bravery in attempting to protect those she loves.

Chiya was raised in a very rich household, dining the finest amounts of luxury possible and pitying those who did not have the same wealth as her, strongly influenced by her mother. She quickly grew out of this faze and now treats everyone the same, realizing that her argument was plain ignorant. After a few years, when she turned 15, her father died in a sudden carcrash. This made it very hard for Chiya to go to school and be happy to everyone, but soon she noted to herself that 'It's best to be happy, then everyone else can be happy.'


The note she had made to herself is still going on with her today, gaining her more popularity in school. This had fortunately put her mind off of her family life, and she hardly tells anyone besides people she fully trusts, such as fellow club members and friends. Her mother is still very upset about the incident but manages to go to work everyday, and Chiya also has a younger sister who is in her 2nd year of middle school.

Extra body information: As well as the scar on his right temple Casimir has a second scar just under his ribs on his left side. He often stands out in a crowd thanks to being taller than most Japanese people and having broader shoulders. He's surprisingly buff as well but it isn't obvious and is easily covered by his uniform. (Well... it isn't surprising to him... cus, y'know... he works out a lot.)

Personaility: Sometimes Cas feels like his life in Japan has just been something that happens to him rather than something he has control over. The people here just seem to do everything at a much faster pace. Add that to the language barrier and you've got a recipe for craziness and bewilderment as Casimir can have trouble keeping up. This leads some people to assume he's simple or stupid, which annoys him to no end. He'd like to see them do better in the same situation! It's tougher than he makes it look, that's for sure. This lead to him becoming very serious and reserved, only speaking when he had to so that he didn't have to put up with people mocking his flawed Japanese. It might have been this that slowed his cultural learning, as Cas is still getting his head around a lot of Japanese customs and has a habit of putting his foot in it by accident.


Since joining the host club though Casamir has started to come out of his shell. The hosts seemed to embrace the things that made him different and introduced him to an audience of girls (and occasionally boys) who loved it even more! They found his broken way of speaking adorable and all jumped at the chance to try and help him improve his conversational Japanese, an offer he was happy to accept. Casimir will often try to start little bits of small talk with people now, viewing each time as it's own little adventure and a chance to better himself (though he still plays it up a little for his guests). Not that Casimir enjoys violence, true he pursues it as a livelihood but that's different, that's in the ring. Outside of the ring Cas his highly aware of his ability and will endure almost anything before resorting to physical action. Backstory: Casimir is the eldest child in his family, with several years on his sister. The two of them were raised alone by their mother, Casimir's father having died when he was still young. Please do not pity him, Casimir was too young to truly remember the man but he is told his father was a good man who loved them all very much. That is enough for him.


This meant that Casimir became the man of the house and had to grow up fast in order to help his mother look after his little sister. Mother was already working two jobs to make ends meat and he saw how it weighed on her. Casimir swore he would do whatever he could to help and to make her proud. He wasn't a natural academic but he worked hard, allowing him to get consistently high grades, which wasn't easy considering he worked an after school job a butchers and was often busy getting into fights with kids in their neighborhood. He didn't go looking for fights, it was just a rough neighborhood, it was what people did and Cas wasn't one to back down when challenged. Fearing that her son would become a ruffian and get in trouble with the law Casimir's mother sought help from an old friend of her husband. A boxing gym owner, if they couldn't stop cas from fighting then they would channel that energy into something constructive and disciplined.


Cas had found his passion in life, a passion that became a dream. He wanted to go pro, to go international and to become featherweight champion of the world! But it was never to be. He was needed at home. Mother wasn't getting any younger and as the years passed both she and his sister came to rely on Casimir even more. His studies had remained strong though and that was where he lucky. Casimir applied for a charitable scholarship that would get him a place at the prestigious Ouran High School in Japan. Along with a grant that could help keep his family going!


Casimir set off for the east and was quickly bewildered by this strange school full of rich people. It didn't help that whatever money he earned he sent home, only leaving himself enough to get by. The only selfish thing he ever spent money on was the fee for his pro boxing license. This was it! Now he could go pro, earn a living doing what he loved while providing for his family. Casimir thought that would be the biggest day of his life. It wasn't. The biggest day came before that. (yes it's an odd order to tell the story in but you have to understand he was VERY excited about getting that licence. You can't expect a man to keep that kind of energy in)


When He first arrived at Ouran, Casimir tried to sign up for the school boxing club. They didn't have one by he didn't know that then. Instead, Cas misread one of the signs and ended up at the Host Club. They were all so nice, offering him tea and cake and the girls were all so pretty that Casimir felt too awkward to say anything. This first encounter would snowball into others as the club manager took Cas under their wing and brought him on as a host. He's still not sure how it happened. But it's fun and he made friends and gets to talk to pretty girls! Casimir may not know it yet but the hosts are teaching him to live for himself, to follow his own dreams. And that will change everything for him.

But, enough with that onwards to his next trait. Haven is calm, it's not such a surprise there.


As, he usually wears a very calm facial expression instead of a stoic expression like people expect him to. Haven's calm expression, is quite relaxing to some people at even puts their mind at ease for a moment. The reason Haven is so calm is because he knows whatever is going on, is going to end one day.


Haven is also observant. He tends to point out little habits you do. Maybe you bite your lip, when your scared. Or even blink a lot, when your lying. Haven will pay attention to this and tell you the more you do it. Along, with being Observant. Haven is Loyal. He's that one friend that stays by your side through thick and thin and also sticks up for you when you need it the most.

Which is why he at times, it takes him longer to see what he wants to eat. Which is quite weird. Anyways, it's not much of a surprise Haven is Narrow-Minded. Whenever, his mind is stuck on something don't ever expect it to ever be changed. And, even if you prove him wrong on something he thought his mind still won't fully believe you as it doesn't help that his doubtful trait makes his Narrow-Minded trait very noticeable.





It's quite a surprise, Haven is a bit Argumentative. He won't scream or yell his opinion unless needed to of course. But, he usually likes to have his opinion heard so you know what he thinks and so he won't be a victim of rumors about someone as they should already know what he thinks about them.

From the first cry Haven let out, after coming out of his mother. Everyone, had knew this child was going to be pampered in love. And, he was. Born in a higher middle-class family, his parents and two siblings had all cared deeply for Haven. Since, he was the youngest he gotten better things than his siblings. Though, then again a few things were passed down to him since his two siblings were boys instead of girls. Haven's family was what you could call a normal family, I guess. Though, instead of having game nights where you would play board games and twister. They would go on trips and adventures around the world, and had played various types of sports since Haven's family is known for having a few famous athletes and the Hale family didn't want to be so lazy and just sit around inside.





So, you could also say they were a lively family kind of. As, Haven was kind of the black sheep of the family. He was more calm and reserved yet blunt and doubtful. Akira was the son of a southern belle from Texas named LouAnne Jean and Takami Smith a lawyer of Japanese origin (Akira's grandmother was japanese, his grandfather was white with the last name James.). Tragedy struck when the doctors said LouAnne was most likely never going to be able to have children and the couple was heartbroken, but just before they lost hope, their miracle baby came and that baby was Akria. Akira's was loved and treated like the treasure he was, he was the apple of his mother's eye and his father always kept options open for his very curious son. When Akira got into the third grade he began helping around his maternal grandparent's farm and gained a talent in farming, so his father bought some land and built a barn then got some cattle for his son to start his own breeding program. He then bought Akira his first horse. It took a few years, but soon Akira began gaining wealth of his stock.

However, his paternal Grandfather passed away and his Grandmother was unable to take care of herself, so the family had to move to Japan farm and all.
