  • History:


Isam was born and raised in Iraq. He lived in a small village with his mother, his father having been killed in war. After Operation Desert Fox in 1998, the military began to beef up for what they felt was the beginning of a long war. Isam was one among many child soldiers stolen away in the night and forced to enlist. He was twelve at the time.


Isam was taught that America was an evil place, and that its soldiers didn't deserve mercy. He was required to watch 3 hours of propaganda films a day, after the 14 hours of training his was subjected to. Come 2003, The Iraq War began. Isam was deployed in the battlefield. It seemed that the American soldiers hadn't been ready to fight twelve year olds, and Isam was taught to take advantage of this. He never liked war, but he was good at it. It wasn't long before he was being used to teach other children how to fight, how to kill.


When he wasn't blowing up camps and shooting down enemy soldiers, Isam was used to gather intel from prisoners. There was something about being tortured by a child that made full grown men crack quicker. He never enjoyed his job, nor did he take pride in it, but he was taught that what he was doing was right. He was told that this was justice.


It wasn't until he was captured by American soldiers, at the age of 17, that Isam began to see through the propaganda. Despite being a their prisoner, the soldiers treated him better than most of his commanding officers had. Perhaps it was his young age, but the soldiers felt as though Isam could be saved. Still, he refused any attempts to gather information from him, and the soldiers refused to have him tortured. Isam didn't crack until two weeks into his stay at the camp. The Americans were stormed by an Iraqi troop, and for the first time, Isam felt torn over who to fight for. The Americans had treated him like a person, like a someone who mattered, but the Iraqis were his people.


When he got free and defended the people of the camp, Isam officially betrayed his own country. When the battle was over, the Americans winning, Isam was sent back to the States on his own request. If he stuck around, he would have surely been killed by Iraqi troops. Isam was kept under close watch, and later employed by the government to infiltrate terrorist cells on American soil. He hasn't shown any signs of turning against his new country since. When the invasion began, Isam fought until the last man stood. It just so happened that it was him.

It wasn't her that had all those friends. It wasn't her who talked about makeup and boys or how ugly that other girl's shirt was. The real Amy wanted to be someone else, she wanted to threw all their precious makeup in the closest trashcan, she wanted to laugh when they told her that their boyfriends cheated on them. But, that was not what she was supposed to do. She was supposed to sit there and faking listening to them. When the Aliens came she was with her boyfriend in the park, eating icecream. But when they came down from the heaven he ran away like a chicken, leaving her behind. None of her "friends" seemed to care about her either and when she came home she saw her family leave without her to. At that moment she let out her inner self and became the person she is now.

I just wanted it to be a younger group. I didn't want someone signing up as a 35 year old marine who can totally kick ass and be OP.
 
I feel like a 21 year could still kick ass and be OP =P But whatevs. My concern was that, at age 21, Isam would still be too young to conceivably be a government agent. But I guess with him having been in the military from such a young age, it's still sort of plausible.

Backstory:

Eukyros was born to two parents, both of whom were crack addicts. When his mother tried to sell him off to a CIA agent for drugs, he was taken from his real parents and given to his grandparents, who raised him with loving care. Growing up practically in the gutter, Eukyros' family never had a whole lot of money. So, by the age of thirteen, the boy decided that he could support his family – considering his grandparents’ generosity, he felt they deserved the world. Eukyros began selling drugs, such as high-grade narcotics.


The boy found that there was some money in his pocket, but that money wasn’t enough. Isaiah joined up with a small group of friends, whom all referred to themselves as the ‘East-City Royals’. Together, the group of four performed various licks on multiple houses, stealing everything that they could carry from anyone who was stupid enough to leave their shit open. This is what really made Eukyros rich.


At the age of fifteen, Eykyros bought his first gun. He began practicing at home, in his basement. His grandfather was a navy-vet, who happened to install a range in that location; Eukyros became a sharpshooter after practicing over the course of two to three years. At the age of seventeen, the young man was arrested for the first time while selling heroin. Having multiple warrants out of his arrest, Eukyros was almost positive that he would be put away for multiple years; instead, the police force offered him a position as an undercover police officer. Not wanting to rot his life away behind bars, Eukyros obliged and put his criminal past behind him.


At the age of twenty, Eukyros had become responsible for taking down a notorious gang that the department had been trying to take down for over forty years. He infiltrated the gang as a ground soldier at seventeen, and worked his way up to the don’s right-hand man. Eventually, Eukyros murdered the don, after the man discovered that Eukyros was a rat. This was when shit hit the fan. Before the Don died, he put a hit out in the teenager and his grandparents. The hit men were half-successful, walking in on his grandmother taking a shower and violently beating and stabbing her to death with a sharp soldiering iron. His grandfather was strangled and then hung out the front window. Eukyros was not home at the time... He was actually murdering the don at the same exact time that the hit took place.


Eukyros was granted some time off in the force, after a display of valiant behavior. He helped the police solve some minor drug busts for a couple of years after that. As of recently, the young man was visiting a bar he frequented and was shot in the head as he walked through the door. Eukyros fell into a coma as a result, and has been in the same condition for the past two weeks.
