Some House Rules


Characters begin at 13th and may use 3 dots to raise their generation up to 10. If you wish to advance beyond that you will have to chew your way there aka diablerie.


Characters may play Anarchs, Camarilla, Independent or Sabbat, or ghoul retainers, and/or mortal contacts/herd. I prefer that players control only one character at a time


Characters may use 7 points of flaws and merits.


Diablerie can not only gain you higher generation if your victim is of an appropriately low generation, but also, give you insight into new disciplines the victim may have possessed. Diablerie is unacceptable among the Camarilla, lauded by the Sabbat and generally disapproved of by most Independents save the Assamites and most Anarchs, also strange side-effects have been known to occur from diablerie

Prince Candidates so far


Marlena: Clan Brujah-A popular candidate among the Neonates which outnumber everyone else. Many think like Icarus she reaches too high too fast, and is bound to fall. It is rumored, however that she has friends in high places....

Carter Vanderweyden Clan Malkavian From an old New York family, Vanderweyden was a lawyer in life with a great legal mind. He is able to remain objective-perhaps too objective, there is little feeling or compassion in Vanderweydens eyes. Popular among the old guard Camarilla who would want justice meted out strictly according to the traditions and a centralized base of power in the sprawling metropolis.

Qadir Al-Asmir Toreador-Eminently competent and experienced; however, few genuinely like Qadir who has served as Sheriff since the Camarilla victory, and not only has he enforced the Princes laws, but also he has had to dispatch numerous unauthorized Kindred during Calebros tenure. Many Kindred fear him which isn't a bad quality to possess in a prince,but many cynical Kindred believe since 9/11 that Qadir will struggle to wield power and influence among the kine despite the fact that he is Indian not an Arab.

Victoria Ash Clan Toreador-One of the few elders vying for the position.. When offered the Princedom the first time, she refused to everyone's astonishment. She has since reconsidered and the omens now seem to align. Now is her time. With her sublime beauty which even cause the stodgiest of elder's heads to turn, enkindling desire wherever she goes, no one doubts that Victoria Ash will be able to attain exactly what she wants. She has a vision for New York, and it is this vision which frightens some who know Victoria intimately.

Eugenio Estevez Clan Tremere- Very gifted in Thaumaturgy- As a Regent, his particular chantry while being one of the most conservative chantries politically, is conversely, the most innovative and creative in regards to thaumaturgy. He has made many contacts and alliances, but his reputation among his fellow Tremere continues to degrade due to his political aspirations.

Hellene Panhard Clan Ventrue-Childe of the Prince of the borough of Manhattan, Michaela.. Presently Hellene is one of New York's Harpies. Hellene is considered both liberal for a Ventrue and conservative, because she is a Ventrue. Hellene believes that New York can best be served by Clan Venntrue who suffered and bled the most during the sectarian war. Hellene believes that kindred should be allowed to build domains and become stable with the caveat that it be administered by Clan Ventrue. She has the support of many already-established elders.
