I really love seeing the ways different people interpret / imagine aspects of Naruto! I'm really only familiar with part 1 so my headcanons are probably pretty basic.
My Headcanons
Uzumakis are often built thick. Not necessarily as big as Akimichi but they're sturdy and it shows. Basically just meant to be a physical representation of their endless endurance. They also have a bit of a darker / tanned complexion and are usually on the shorter side.
On the other hand, Uchiha tend to be slender and tall. They usually have a pale complexion.
Inuzuka have a lot of kids. Most have 3, with 5 being fairly common.
Auburame are skinny because so much of their nutrition goes to their bugs. They tend to eat as much as Akimichi.
