Power: inhanced the eleticity in the human body into actuall phyisical lighting on the out side.
Kick back/weekness: using his power harms his phisical body.
Personality- cares only about people who seem loyal. usually angry at the world. quick to act. kind of recless.
Other- he never knew his parents. he's always been alone. he finds it hard to find a reason to get up each morning. hes been on his own since he was 12 when he watched as his foster parents were beaten and hospitalized for the rest of their lives just for the paper in their wallets. this lead to his fear of never being able to help someone when they need him to. but due to the process of the nanites electical waves. his memory has been earased completly.
