Biography: (2+ Paragraphs): Jace was born in Manhattan New York to a Public defender mother and a Political activist father. He was raised to be open-minded and care about others, his parents were quite hippie-like. Their experimental parenting left Jace to often be forced to find his own moral compass.
This lead to him getting in trouble more often then now, Jace's father was also a bit of a free-spirited alcoholic who subjected his wife and son to passive aggressive verbal abuse. Jace's mother divorced his father moving Jace to Colorado where she practiced pro bono law for disenfranchised youth. Jace met tons of friends there and discovered the art of people's stories. He would often write out scenes and conversations as he saw them, or how he would prefer them to have happened. Jace's life changed drastically when his mother, died in a hit and run which sent him back to NY. Living with his father he was once again subjected to his father's bitterness and verbal abuse, it wasn't until Jace's aunt (His mother's sister) Fought for guardianship of Jace that he even had a glimpse at a possible positive future. Caught in a custody tug of war, Jace eventually turned once again to the only thing he felt he could control in his life, writing. After 9 long months and countless court appearances, Custody was awarded to his aunt and he went to live with her in LA.
At 17 he found himself enrolled in a general public school, and immediately found that he did not belong. His fast past slick talking persona did not go well with the upper crust laid back class of folks in California. He met a few good friends and a flew as far off the radar as he could get, but as low profile as he was he found that he loved two things, Girls and writing. He met a young director who encouraged him to use his writing skills to write movies, Jace believing that writing was his calling decided to give it a shot and once he did he was hooked. He would people watch for hours creating scripts and stories about where they were going, or where they had come from. After Graduating his aunt decided she was going to move him with her to the UK for a job that she had taken. He followed along with her though he secretly longed to stay and make a real go of the writing dream. He spent the next year in the UK writing and doing what he did best, getting into trouble. His aunt told him that he had to make something of himself, and that if writing would get him to stay out of trouble she would support him. She got him a plane ticket back to LA, Jace now has a small studio apartment and looks to become a writer like no other.
Personality: (1+ Paragraph): Jace has a silver tongue, and an attitude that would put James dean to shame. He says what's on his mind and is often easily offended. He feels he has to prove himself in just about everything he does and is highly competitive. A bit of a trouble maker, and too blunt for his own good. He is a fighter, and a strong believer in justice. He has a bit of a drinking problem, as well as dabbling in experimental drugs. Jace is compassionate and a bit of a romantic he loves girls, and bouncing to the next even more. He is irresponsible and often free spirited to a fault. He has a decent sense of humor and often more interested in listening then he is in talking.
